My mom used to work here when I was a little girl. The place was amazing. The food was amazing. Atmosphere was comfortable. Service was what you would expect. Pretty good. Haven't been here in years and drove past it while I was passing through the area

Louise's is one of my favorite local restaurants! I've been going there for many years. The food is always great! And their bbq sauce is sooo good! The staff is friendly, too! It's a good, down-home type restaurant, where you can get good southern food and great bbq! It's not fancy, but they'll make you feel at home! I'm from Crystal Springs, and I know the owners, and some of the staff. They're good people! But just a heads up, if you go there on a Sunday, they get really busy when the local churches let out. So it's best to go at around 10:30am or 11am to beat the church crowd and get a good choice in seating. lol And before you leave, be sure to tip your waitress/waiter! And don't forget to purchase your own bottle, jar or gallon jug of Louise's BBQ sauce before you leave, so you can bring that good tasting sauce home!

Stopped by Louise’s Barbecue in Crystal Springs and ordered to-go. Everything was ready when I arrived. I had the rib plate with potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, and the sauce was delicious — tasted like a sweet vinegar-based sauce, which I really enjoyed. The sides were solid too. If you’re in the area and craving good barbecue, it’s definitely worth stopping by and trying it for yourself.

Great pork steak! Setting is old style restaurant with country feel. Nothing fancy at this place but the food and service were great. The BBQ sauce is almost clear and has a nice tang and spice to it. Meat was very tender and tasty. French fries were crispy and fresh tasting. Baked beans were thick and and a nice smoke flavor to them. The server was very friendly and helpful. She even brought me a sample out to taste before ordering. I highly recommend!!

Always great food and wonderful people here. Ribs are delicious with great bite and the pork steaks are one of my favorites. Wish they had a place like this closer to where I live.

Exactly what you expect from a locally owned old-school side of the road BBQ joint. Service on point, food was great, and the smell of BBQ filled the restaurant. Not only did we dine in, we ordered to go as well.

Had rib steak, salad and onion rings all cooked perfectly. Rings were awesome and the lettuce was fresh and crispy. Wife had bbq chicken with beans and thought it was good. I also ordered sausage to try and it was very good. Good job! I owned a bbq place and I know that it’s hard to please people because allot of people think they are an expert when it comes to food but ya’ll nailed it. Ty for a good meal!

The food here is legit. Probably the best bbq ribs I've ever tried. It's a very popular lunch spot for the locals. The ribs taste amazing, I will definitely go back there for their delicious ribs. The interior is cool too, old school with a country feel to it. The walls are decorated with old photos and old farm tools.
