WOW!! We just spent 12 hours in Lange’s Lounge. This was truly some of the most JOYOUS hours spent in our lives. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. The pool is PHENOMENAL . The music keeps you on the EDGE of your seat. I LOVE THIS BAR. Live. Love. Langes. #langeschallenege
Overall solid vibe! Great atmosphere, prices, music level, and billiards! A bar you just want to hang out and relax with friends/family. Stop in after your next cubs game or dinner on Southport! Bar tender had a really cool Guns and Roses shirt on too! Thanks for keeping such a grand place going!
WOW! Just left Langes Lounge, a TRULY GREAT PLACE. A real bar, for real people. The energy is HUGE - a rowdy, beautiful crowd - WINNERS! And the beer? The prices are UNBELIEVABLE, folks. THE BEST DEALS. The music is so LOUD and so STRONG! Some people, the haters and losers, say it's screeching. I say it's POWERFUL! A 5-Star experience! I'll be back!

Lange’s Lounge is dive bar perfection - great for low-key night out with your crew, pre-gaming or final night round in your way home. Note: No food, this is a bar Bartender was great: relaxed but always there when someone’s drink was running low. Diverse crowd made for great people watching. Tunes were rocking but not too loud for conversation. On our Saturday night visit it was half full at 9:30 and nearly full (but not packed) at 11 when we left. Didn’t try the pool table or darts but both are there. Most common order seen was beer and a shot.
Food was good. Bar Staff / waitress ect. Consistently talked bad about customers. This happened in front of me so often they started passing notes on paper at the bar.
Every time I have visited Lange’s, the bartenders are exceptionally welcoming As well as the crowd. This is a true dive bar atmosphere, a classic in Chicago.
Staple of the community, top tier dive bar. Great service, cheap drinks and free pool. Would like to know, when is the league schedule?
