Under new ownership. Very classy. Great staff. Excellent environment to get together with friends and family. Amazing food.
All ages are welcomed. Pool tournaments every day and night. Bands are hood. Slot machines payouts are good. Savanah, Kira, Brittany, Berguindy keep the customers fed and the liquor coming. The closing time of 0230 allows people to end the nights making new friends. Security is good and it's a safe establishment to meet others.
This place is awesome. Possible ownership change in the last couple years? Hidden gem. Location is not fantastic: it's in a strip mall. Staff, service, clientele all very very good. Local vibe... I dunno, the extremely welcoming atmosphere coupled with authentic support of locals roped me in
Nice bar, well decorated, not too bright or dark inside, pool tables, food, drinks. Popular with locals, stays open late. Friendly staff will keep your glass refreshed. Outdoor smoking area with seating.
The 238 Bar is an unexpected gem!! There are pool tables, video lottery, TV's to watch the games, frequent live bands, DJ's, open mic nights, plus awesome specials on drinks and delicious food (even vegetarian options)! They have a full bar, rotate seasonal beers, and create seasonal cocktails. The staff are all incredible, and the ambiance is fun and relaxing. Thank you 238 Bar!
We're new to Grants Pass, but we've become regulars. I like to shoot pool and they have several tournaments throughout the week. Pretty diverse crowd and everyone is very nice. Bartenders are always super friendly. Haven't had a bad night yet.
My favorite bar in town. A true industry bar, where all roads end. A place where all bartenders come to drink and all the best pool players in town come to throw down.
