La Chi is a cute little hole in the wall spot with delicious food and immaculate service and vibes. It’s nice they give you a sampler plate of all their salsas before you order. We got Los Rellenos with guaca, enchiladas with mole, and enchiladas with chipotle. ALL WERE AMAZING We liked La Chi so much that we went twice during the week we were in Cozumel. We would’ve gone 3 times but they’re closed on Wednesdays. Definitely a 10/10 must visit restaurant
Very cute simple place for breakfast. They make you try all their salsas so you can decide which one might be your flavor of the morning for your chilaquiles and enchiladas I ordered the enmoladas with eggs and it was a great portion, lovely taste, and came quick! Definite recommend
Amazing authentic Mexican breakfast. A real diamond in the rough. Very reasonably priced, and full of flavour large breakfast portions. We had many different items at our table, and all were excellent. The 'sauce tasting' option at the start is fantastic - definately say yes when offered. Don't be worried if your food seems to be taking a while to arrive - it's well worth the wait. I had the "Mom's special" - 10/10!!
Possibly the best breakfast place in Cozumel, the chilaquiles were out of this world and the enchiladas were great as well. Their coffee was pretty good and the most fun part was they bring you a plate of all their sauces to choose from!
La Chi was so good. We came back twice during our week trip. the staff were nice and answered any questions. i got the chilaquiles enchiladas and this was solid. the food is definitely top tier in Cozumel. I would recommend coming to start your day. also for the cost, it is 10/10 compared the expensive restaurants closer to the ferry.
Awesome breakfast spot with huge portions. Staff was super friendly and helpful, helped me practice my Spanish and even asked if I wanted him to explain the menu in English or Spanish! They've got 8 different homemade salsas and they're all pretty tasty
Better than 5*! First time today and I will be back. Family-run restaurant, everyone is so friendly! The sauces are out of this world delicious - you get to try them all in little sample dishes and pick your favorite for your meal. Don’t leave the island without eating here! You’re welcome!
Great stop for chilaquiles! They provide a sample of the sauces before you order so that you can try then & decide which you want. The iced coffee I had was delicious & so was the food. We came here three years ago when they first opened and had some service issues and no menus, but everything has changed & I recommend them now! It was still a bit stuffy inside when we walked in, but they eventually opened the doors & it cooled down inside! Thanks for the great food — we will be back!
