My friends and I came to spend the weekend in Idaho Springs. This place was great! Open very early, which worked for us. The portion sizes are big, the prices good, and the customer service nice. It wasn’t too busy between 7-9, and the food came out in good time. If we come back again to IS, then we are definitely having breakfast here again!

Don't stop for fast food, or a gas station burrito... or worse. Drive just a little further to Marion's of the Rockies! Don't let the outside fool you! Come in, get seated, and have some REAL American comfort food! Huge burgers, fries, or Breakfast! I enjoyed the ham steak. Most places give you a thin shingle of ham. Not Here. It is a REAL ham STEAK. Cooked perfectly by the Chef, Jay. His hollandaise sauce is perfect on the Evan Benny. Don't settle for good enough!

We stopped on the way to the airport. We were served by Christy who was patient & attentive for the 9 of us! I had egg, steak, hash browns with a coffee. Some others had the skittlers & others had pancakes, all good portions & very tasty which set us up for a long day travelling.

Marion's was a terrific find this morning for breakfast, on the main drive into Idaho Springs. I ordered the skillet, our son, what else, the breakfast burrito . My hubby the stuffed publano with eggs and breakfast potatoes. Everything just as we ordered. Helpful staff. Fast service. A popular place for locals and travelers alike. Make it a good deed day, always leave it in better shape than you found it! &follow for more places to visit and enjoy! #EatPlayExplore #Enjoycolorado #ExploringColorado

We stopped by Marion's on our way through on vacation because it had high reviews on Google Maps. (4.5*) We stood for a while at the "hostess stand" as it asked us to please wait to be seated. One of the waitresses was seen sitting and chatting at a booth while another was seen momentarily. There weren't a lot of customers so I don't understand the delay. Service picked up from there. Out waitress brought our waters and took our order before the table of 8-10 next to us who was seated already. That was nice, because had she not we would have waited forever for our food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The grilled chicken was nothing extraordinary but tasted fine and wasn't dry. The fries were really good. They were mildly battered in something with a seasoning that wasn't overwhelming. My only beef with this meal is the cornmeal on the top of the bun, I'm personally not a fan. My husband had a Santa Fe salad. It is described as a house shell filled with spring mix and then topped with shredded cheddar, tomato slices and chopped crispy chicken. Served with honey mustard sauce on the side. He had ranch instead. He said it tasted good. The only thing "Santa Fe" about it was the taco shell. He did enjoy having the "fancy lettuce" instead of iceberg. He would have appreciated smaller pieces of chicken and tomato so he could eat it more easily. When the food came out for the table next to us I could see it looked good. They mostly had breakfasty items. I went to the restroom before we left on our travels. There were two stalls, one was blocked "out of order." I don't know if that is the issue but it stunk like a sewer in there. We did not need a wheelchair spot to park this time, but there i only one that would work (not marked handicap) and beyond that, there aren't any handicap designated spots at all anyway.

Everytime I'm in without fail I get a masterpiece of breakfast. Strongly recommend recommend the country burrito smothered in country gravy. However Little Cub provides a much better view for breakfast but the dining area is nice too iffin you don't want to eat yer breakfast in 45 degree weather

Three did was excellent and the service was just as good. I was double charged due to a glitch with the Toast app, which is no one's fault really, but can be a headache to deal with but the owner Scott took it seriously and spent hours of his own time getting it sorted out so that I could get the refund on the second charge. Honest people and honest food, what more could you ask for? PS the pancakes are massive and delicious!

Located right off the I-70 exit in Idaho Springs, Marion’s on the Rockies is super convenient if you're passing through. We stopped by for brunch and while the atmosphere is warm and inviting, there was a noticeable delay in both taking our order and receiving our food. We ordered the Chicken Fritta Skillet and a Jalapeno Burger. Both dishes were tasty and satisfying, though the onion fries on the side didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. The food itself was definitely good, but if you’re in a rush, this might not be the best stop due to the slower service. Overall, if you're not in a hurry and are looking for a solid meal in a cozy environment, this place is a great option!
