Amazing food and coffee. I’ve been twice now and tried the smoked salmon quiche, smoked salmon crepe, and the blueberry lemon curd crepe. Everything is fresh and top quality. Go when you have some time, the gentleman who runs it works alone and puts the utmost care into everything, so good things take time.
This is one of our favorite local eateries, hands-down! We go here probably twice a month for a cozy weekend breakfast. The crepes (both sweet and savory) are buttery and have the perfect texture, the quiches are all scrumptious, and you can't go wrong with whatever waffle, panini, or breakfast sandwich you order. Drinks-wise: They have my favorite London fog with lavender in town - you can taste the lavender in each sip without it being soapy. Their hot cocoa is not too sweet (which coming from me is a MAJOR compliment), and my husband likes their various coffee drinks. In the summer their fruit smoothies are the perfect frozen treat! The atmosphere here is cozy and casual, perfect for getting studying done, meeting up with friends, or just having breakfast out where you don't have to shout to be heard. Finally, it just feels great to support a high quality small local business - it's a great place to become a regular!
Crepes!!!! So delicious! We ordered the vegetarian crepe, and it was really delicious so we decided to also order a blueberry lemon curd crepe, also very scrumptious. The lemon cake so light and delectable. Almond croissant was warm and tasty. A little bit of a wait to get food and drinks but definitely worth it!!!!! The staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean.
Delicious, authentic crepes. The ham and cheese is divine and I can't go without getting the Nutella crepe as well. Coffee is so tasty and if you get it while dining in, you get a beautiful mug to drink it out of. I love bringing friends here while in town!
I had a delightful breakfast at Café Ciboulette in southeastern Denver this morning with my boyfriend, and it was an experience worth sharing. We arrived at 8:30 am, just after they opened, so our food was incredibly fresh, warm, and oh-so-delicious. We started our morning with an assortment of macarons, which were beautifully crafted and melted in our mouths. I indulged in a strawberry and Nutella crepe with caramel drizzle and powdered sugar on top—absolutely heavenly! My boyfriend opted for a classic Belgian waffle, perfectly crispy and served with butter and syrup. The pesto panini we shared was a standout, featuring chunks of fresh tomato and mozzarella that created a perfect blend of flavors. To round out our breakfast, we tried the spinach artichoke quiche. It was warm, fluffy, and had a wonderfully crispy crust—truly to die for! Café Ciboulette has become a cherished spot for those rare, sleepy mornings when I can afford a bit of indulgence. I initially discovered this gem when I lived off E Mississippi Ave. Even now, living near Union Station, I gladly make the 20+ minute drive to enjoy their incredible food whenever I can. If you’re in southeast Denver and looking for a cozy breakfast spot with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, Café Ciboulette is a must-visit. Highly recommended! • Kayla R.
Really nice spot, trusted the rating and decided to come check it out and do not regret it! Awesome and flavorful crepes, quiche was outstanding also! They were nice enough to throw in some extra whip cream on the waffles!
This cafe is so cute! We loved the unique mugs. The coffee was great and the crepes even better. I was pleased to see a gf crepe option, too! Great little spot
Really good place to gather your thoughts while enjoying smaller breakfast options. The quiche was light and tasty and the waffle was the same. Everything was made with care. The staff were very nice, pleasant and let me keep the coffee mug because I liked it so much! Great first experience!!
