GREAT place for breakfast and brunch, we were so satisfied by their attention and the recommendations that we were given. For us, the BEST part was that we were able to order HALF a waffle salty and the other sweet. That was amazing since most of the waffle places make you order just 1 out of like 30 different variations. So we got halfs of the recommended ones. We were so happy with our order. They have lactose free milk, so that was a great option for me as a lactose intolerant. Our salty selections were the varsovia, Praga, and for our sweets were Moscu and Suizo. Waffles were airy and filling.
The outside seating was all taken when I arrived so my party and I sat inside, the staff needed to move tables together because they didn't have a single table for five. The food was very good their specialty is French food but they do have a small menu for American breakfast.
Varied food options, consistent in quality. No problems for excluding lactose from dishes. Can get busy on weekends so have that in mind.
This place is always a tan! One of the original waffle and crepe restaurants in Guadalajara. The St Petersburg waffle is out of this world! The Budapest crepe was also amazing, way better than I expected and a great serving of fruit and veggies.

Amazing spot in the centre of Guadalajara! The most delicious sweet and savoury waffles and crepes and delicious coffee too. Would highly recommend although it can get very busy!
I love this place is very picturesque, perfect to go with family, even Jack (my dog) enjoyed it. The speciality are the waffles but they have plenty of variety and more than that.

They have vegetarian options of sweet and salty waffles, crepes and typical Mexican food. I fell in love with the guava carousel!
