Great place with a chill vibe. Food was awesome, I got BLT and my fiance got salmon bagel. Coffee had a little weird aftertaste so did my fiance said but I didn't mind it. The chairs and tables need some cleaning. We are definitely coming back.
Nice spot for a coffee and quick breakfast! The service was great, the staff were very friendly and nice. I also really loved the Dulce De Leche Latte I had, it was very delicious --- sweet without being too sweet, at least for me. The quiche I had was also excellent, great texture and flavors. The pistachio croissant I had was pretty good, nice pastry but I felt it could maybe use a little more pistachio filling. The space itself was nicely decorated and the large windows let in a lot of light, but I found that it felt a bit cramped. The flow particularly near the register and where the food and drinks came out was not ideal and a bit tight. This may be less of a problem on warmer days when the patio is open and there is more space. The patio looked lovely so I think that would be a great place to sit in the summer time. I think this place is definitely a good stop for coffee and breakfast if you're in the area! I will definitely return to try more of their delicious seasonal quiches and their flavored lattes.
Have been wanting to come to a Cafe Cerés for quite awhile. I was easily able to find free 2 hour street parking and was welcomed to a bright and airy space with lots of plants! We walked past an amazing pastry counter where we grabbed a pistachio and chocolate croissant and then ordered our food and drinks at the counter. I went with the avocado toast. It’s a bit pricier at $15, but the soft boiled egg, watermelon radish, and sunflower seed dukah on top of the homemade bread made it all worth it. I also tried the Ras El Hanout iced latte (date syrup + ginger + black pepper + spices) which was recommended by one of the baristas- so so good on a hot day. I also had a bite of the bacon egg and cheese and holy yum. Lots of cozy seating inside and tables outside. And free wifi to use. Great spot to meet friends for brunch/coffee as well as to sit and work on your laptop or read. Will be back!
This place is bustling on weekends, but there’s plenty of seating, and the staff is very professional, and she will not have to wait very long. Don’t come here for cheap eats, as most pastry prices are high but well worth it. Coffee was comparable price to other shops in the area. Only chrome is at the Turkish coffee. It was a little steep and I have had butter elsewhere. Also the interior design is pretty cool!
This coffee shop has a fantastic patio, aesthetic interior, fantastic selection of normal and intriguing coffee drinks, an array of pastries, a friendly staff, and excellent sanitary and life-style features like genderless bathrooms and a touchless door. I stopped in today for the first time as I hop from coffee place to coffee place looking for my newest favorite. I loved the exterior and the shaded, leafy patio. Inside I asked after a favorite latte and ended up getting the Dukkah. It was smooth and obviously well-made, but not quite my personal favorite flavor-profile. Next time I'll try the Ras El Hanout. After getting my coffee I spent a pleasant few hours on the patio working. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this café.
Did a curbside pick-up, but ended up having to go inside for the order as there was no dedicated parking spot. It was a busy Sunday which I was happy to see, they were short staffed so things were taking a bit longer and ended up having to ask for my order. I got the raspberry pastry and the orange cardamom latte. Pasty was nice, raspberry flavor on top was great, but the pastry itself lacked flavor. The latte flavors could have been a bit stronger, as well, but still was tasty!
Charming neighborhood cafe! Seating can be tight and service a bit slow on weekends. Avocado toast and spiced chai tea latte were delicious!
Recently stopped by this new Armatage Cafe Ceres location and boy was I impressed ! I loved how open this new location looked. Lots of natural light flowed through with the large windows and I loved the modern-boho accents throughout the whole cafe. This location offers a limited brunch menu which I was eager to try. I got the Strawberries & Mascarpone biscuits entree which came with 2 biscuits topped with delicious sweet strawberry compote and whipped mascarpone. It was garnished with mint. Absolutely delicious. The dulce de leche latte was also amazing. It had a smooth coffee flavor ; not too bitter. Loved the caramel syrup they used. I was so happy to see that they carry Boludo empanadas as I love their food! The empanadas we got were the Fugazetta and Puerro. Both were amazing in different ways since they both have different types of cheeses. Tastes like pizza in folded up form. Loved it. I tried a bit of the bagel and labneh that it comes with and that was also delicious! Lots of flavor throughout and the labneh was very creamy. Lastly, not pictured was 2 pastries I took home - blueberry lemon muffin and the blueberry scone. Both were divine and I loved that I could taste the fresh blueberries and the lemon flavor. This cafe overall was a great experience and I know I'll be back. You can't go wrong with any of the menu items.
