Came for the handmade onion rings. Great burgers, rings and fries. Great service! Note: the burgers come with fries or O-rings. The menu makes it look like you have to buy them additional. You don’t. Highly recommend. Great shops to visit after to walk off your meal. Action step: Lots of folks from neighbor towns interested. Update your menu to include the words that the burgers come with fries, or onion rings for $3.00 more. The present menu looks like the burger comes solo and fries are $5 more and rings $8 more.

Small town friendly diner. Great scratch food. Try the chicken fried steak. The staff was extremely friendly. We will be going back soon. We had an allergy problem with the burger. They made us a new one. A must stop in Florence for the best food in town.

The food is 10/10! The photos don’t even do it justice, as the portion sizes are huge! We’ve eaten here several times since they’ve been open and the food is always amazing. We’re so happy to have them open here in Florence

They have the best tomato soup that I had ever tasted. I'm not really good identifying flavors, and I can say that the ingredients on this soup I could taste the flavors and not just the tomato on the soup. I don't know if it makes sense, but it does to me, lol.... The chicken fried chicken was also great. Great place, great flavor, good people. If you are in the Florence area, stop here for food.

What a cute place in Florence, Texas. We went with friends and had a great lunch, great service and the atmosphere was quaint and nicely decorated! I had the shrimp Po’boy which was packed with flavor with 5 huge fried shrimp while my partner had the Sailer Salad which was nicely filled with assorted veggies and grilled chicken! Definitely worth the 20 minute drive from Georgetown!

What wonderful little gem. Food and service is great. You can feel the love and care Alesha, Chad, and their team put into their little Cafe. We were joyriding through the hill country and stumbled across Sailer's. We will definitely be making this a destination stop on our trips through the hill country.

Today we just happened to be at a local race in Florence. This restaurant was recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Last minute we stumbled on a Sunday (yes they are one til 3pm) . We ordered the Philly cheesesteak with onion rings .. only thing they left off me jalapeño but it was super delicious. The owner and her family was so welcoming and sweet. Even tho it will be a bit of a drive. We will definitely return to try more delicious menu items. Great place to stop if you’re in town or even passing thru. Thanks Alecia …

This has made my Don't Miss List. What an awesome place. We had such a great lunch today. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and comfortable. We started with the fried deviled eggs. Yes, you read that correctly. My husband instantly said it's his new favorite thing. Such comfort food. And speaking of comfort food, I had the Hangover. A deep fried monstrous grilled cheese and a bowl of the most tasty tomato basil soup. Wow! Just wow! The only way I could have been more comforted was if I was at my grandma's watching Price is Right on a "sick" day. My husband went for the Not Your Mommy's Pastrami sandwhich and onion rings. Delicious! We spent 5 minutes just talking about the incredible batter on those rings! Never quite had it before and don't think onion rings will be the same for us anywhere else now. The entire time we were seated it was all I could do.but stare at the beautiful cupcakes in the display case. They were gently reminding me to save room for 1 of them. After watching so many people come in and get these gorgeous little gems, I got nervous and had our awesome server pack some up before we missed out on them. Before our plates were even taken away we were already planning our next meal and who we would love to bring here with us.
