This place was AMAZING. Scotty Hester was the friendliest person I met in a while. These are good honest people with a great product. I wouldn't buy crawfish anywhere else. Bravo.
We were visiting from California and a local said we had to try them out. Everything was really good. We all fought over the Étouffée! Crawfish were amazing! And we should have bought more crab.
We were greeted by the very friendly staff and they made our day! The crawfish was fresh and tasty, such a great product and professional preparation. We also had the catfish and shrimp.
These guys know seafood and how to season it just right! I’ve never gotten anything there that wasn’t cooked perfectly.
I have had crawfish from all over texas and louisiana... me and my wife stopped by yesterday and bought 20 lbs and I got to say that was the best crawfish I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned they drop em fresh they don't sit in coolers yall. If you want good crawfish that's not to hot but just the right spice and flavor and texture GO CHECK THEM OUT HANDS DOWN THE BEST EVER!!!!

For a small place on the side of the road. You gotta be doing something right. Best crawfish in town. Others just cant compete.
Good cajun experience. Had the crawdads catfish, jalapeño sausage, alligator bites and boudin bites. Delicious!!!
