just moved to chaparral and wanted a good local meal. my wife and i ordered the sesame fried tofu and fried rice and it was awesome. the tofu was crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. the rice was perfect. it was our first time trying BIG Mama's and we will definitely be getting more often.
Huge portions well done. Passed this place several times until i noticed it was a Chinese restaurant Chinese restaurant with a southern type name was but mislesding but this is a great little place. The egg roles, tempura, and cream cheese rangoon (pictured) were all battered/rolled perfectly (not too much not too little) and cooked to a perfect crisp. Big Mama's Special (pictured) was a huge portion and everything tasted good. If you're looking for good Chinese at a fair price, that will definitely fill you up... This is the place.
Working in the area and my coworker suggested we try it. Place was not to busy which had me spectacle, but we went in and gave it a go. Service was great , food came out fast. Good size portion. If I the area again I would definitely stop again

Súper fresh food. Tasty. And super friendly staff and owner. Orange chicken a bit bland but perfect for kids and for someone who doesn’t want too much sweet or sour orange chicken. Love their wontons, fried rice, egg rolls, I have come 2x in these last few weeks. It’s the best I don’t mind the drive. I love it will become a regular.
We came in to dine and the service was great. She was very kind. Food was great as always. My new go to place.
We just moved to Chaparral and I saw there was a local chinese food restaurant. My husband and i ordered sesame fried tofu with fried rice and it was so good! They delivered within an hour. I will definitely order from here again.
