I've been going to Chan's for many years and have never found a better place for American Chinese food anywhere in the U.S. Their barbecue pork is especially great, simply the best I've ever had. The owners are extremely friendly and great hosts. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Silverton.

The food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely return. I would recommend that you ask them to heat up the BBQ pork though. But that's just a me thing.

Pretty good! Got the two person round table dinner and egg flower soup. The soup was perfect, the rest got sauces. Delicious and settled well. Couldn't even finish the food we got for two adults and a toddler. Service was okay. Could've had a warmer personality but got the job done.

I feel abashed that I have not reviewed Chan's sooner. We have been going to this restaurant for over 26 years. The food has evolved during that time become much better over the last 10 years. Food used to be a bit on the greasy side but is now much much better. Recently had sesame chicken and it was light and crunchy and very flavorful! Their BBQ pork is very good as well has a nice crunchy texture on the outside and is served warm. The hot mustard is super great but is hot so please be warned. Wife ordered chicken and broccoli was great as well. Not slimy and the vegetables were done perfectly. Take out is fast but be patient with the folks as often times English is a second language and we can tend to talk to fast. Dine in is always great and service is awesome. This is what one expects from 2nd generation owners/operators. Thank you folks for feeding the family for over 20 years!!!

This is our go-to favorite for our family. Some of our favorite dishes include beef kung-pow, beef lo mein, chans chow mein, & pork fried rice. Pricing is resonable.

Chan's is our "go to" Chinese restaurant. Staff is always pleasant. The food is good. It is always served quickly, and with a smile. We have been in several times. The food is consistently good. Because of food allergies, we ask for some ingredients to be left out. Not only is our request greeted with a cheerful reply, we have never had them "get the order wrong"; something that happens with alarming frequency in other restaurants. Thank you, Chan's. We will be back.
