Memorial Day Weekend 2023. We stopped here both on Friday and I'm sitting here on Sunday. ZERO complaints from my family and I! Super nice staff and the freshest, tastiest green beans this side of the Mississippi!
This was my first visit to China Buffet in Houghton Lake. It's a small place, but had plenty of tasty food. Sunday lunch buffet was $11.50. Good crab rangoons, egg rolls & sweet & sour chicken; the chicken could have been replaced though as it wasn't very fresh. Friendly server.
Standard buffet for the area. Provides ur buffet fix. Always great service. Ill be back of course

Decent food. $23 for 2 people which i feel is a lot. Especially with only 1 seafood dish on the buffet. Their desserts are cut up little Debbie cakes that start to dry up. Had a good variety otherwise.
I love this resturaunt but they need bigger plates,its one of my favorites in the area but for a buffet the plates are tiny, they need to be atleast the size of the rim off a stock honda civic.
I have been going to Chinese buffets for over 50 adult years...I like this Chinese buffet better than the 5 others I have been to in the last 5 years. From Mt. Pleasant to Cadillac. I think the price is great. They have hot apple pie and hot blueberry pie and sliced bananas w/sauce in the "hot" food area. Also cold sliced bananas, grapes They have dipped ice cream 8 flavors. My favorites are in the flavourful meats...love the peanut butter chicken and the pepper chicken. All entre's have a "touch" better flavor than the norm. If you are an "eater"...you will love this buffet.
Great food. Very flavorful. Will deffinatly be going back if I'm in the area again.
