The food is great. Could use a little bit more spices but that’s me. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. The restaurant itself could use some sprucing up making it more current. If you’re looking for some good food and a good size portion, this is the place
Delicious food . Worth the drive from my location in Covington to this China Star!
Very busy place. 5 pm feeding frenzy. I had happy family. Very satisfying and good size portions of sea delights. My wife likes sweet and sour chicken, as tender with a good supply of sauce and that coming from a tough old bird.
Food was awesome. Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had! Good size portions on the plates too!
I got a sesame chicken dinner with the egg roll. I typically do not like egg rolls but they were amazing. You can tell everything is hand made in house it’s very fresh. My husband got a general tso dinner and his was great. We also got crab rangoons and teriyaki chicken sticks. The dinner combos have so much food!!! It was our first time so we didn’t know how much to order. We were able to have dinner and lunch for 2 days. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Good large servings. Each combo is more than enough for two. Traditional Chinese cooked and served by native cooks. Generally folks take out however there is a large area to eat in. The crab Rangoon are one of my favorites. The spring and egg rolls never disappoint. Hunan beef and sweet and sour pork are great entrees. Plenty of options for a diverse family.
Love this place! I have never had a bad meal here. I live at least 25+ miles away and my food is still hot when I get home. I love that every time I order they never disappoint, the food always taste great! I always order the Sesame chicken, General tso, and the crab Rangoon are the best.
This place looks like a hole in the wall, but the food was SO good! I got egg drop soup and the chicken teriyaki appetizer. My friend got wonton soup, but i didn't get a picture of it. it was FILLED with wontons, they do not skimp on the portions! I'll definitely come back next time i'm in the area!
