Coming here from backcountry camping did not disappoint! The options of food, the flavour were all so good! I loved the variety, there was something for everyone. But personally, this place had really great chinese food! And the food kept tasting fresh!! I loved the dessert options too! If you’re in Red Deer, this is a must!!
First time being there, on our way to Calgary from red deer. We were so hungry. And this place didn't disappoint. The one thing I really liked, that they don't have a huge selection, therefore the quality of the food was so good! I personally, do not like buffets, when they have too many options, cause the quality, usually isn't great. Hard to fo quality control. So the food was really good. Especially, roast beef. I had a huge piece! Our server was Lyn. Very kind and sweet lady. She was on top of things. Not skipping a beat! Very friendly. And she was working hard. Running around, making sure everyone had everything. Very impressed with her service. Definitely, coming back! Service is great, food is very good! So to everyone, that wants quality buffet for a good price and great service, this is the place to go! You won't regret it.
First time visiting from East Yorkshire. Our family visit quite often. We travelled from Olds. We weren't disappointed. Food was excellent atmosphere was the same. Staff friendly and helpful. Would visit again next time we visit Alberta
Well I finally came back here due by the fact I was hungry for some Chinese food. And the last time I was here I had the runs due by the fact the food may have been over cooked. Or I may have come into the wrong time to catch a very late lunch. And thank goodness I was wrong for a change of p By coming back here, the service was spot on great, the food was cooked very decent and the prices are just right. So I am glad I gave this place a second chance and I cannot wait to come back here some time. Might try to invite a few friends to come with me to enjoy a good feast here ^^
We stopped by Dragon City Buffet when we were visiting Sylvan Lake, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The price is very reasonable, especially for kids. Children usually don’t eat that much, so the pricing feels fair and family-friendly. The place is not very big, but the food is tasty and the quality truly matches the price. My wife and kids really enjoyed it, which matters a lot to us when traveling as a family. Honestly, I find the food here better than many Chinese buffet or Chinese dishes I’ve tried in Edmonton. Simple, affordable, and satisfying. We would definitely stop by again when passing through Red Deer.
Great food, always hot at the buffet. It is our favourite place to go for a weekend buffet. Tons to choose from, I personally prefer the lunch one, but my wife absolutely loves seafood, so the dinner buffet is more for her. I also sometimes get takeout, and the new bags they use, that are insulated, are a wonderful idea!

I’m disabled and rely on a mobility scooter. The staff seated my wife and I conveniently at a table close to the buffet and washroom. Staff and patrons were wonderful and courteous but most of all the food was awesome and very affordable. Looking forward to going back!!
The buffet was great. We were here for the lunch buffet and the staff were very courteous and very helpful. Although I will have loved to have more varieties during the lunch buffet like fish but was not available. The food tastes great and yummy. Okay place....

Every time I pass through Red Deer I try to stop if I can. I love the food and the variety! Some dishes aren’t always perfect, but there are so many great options to choose from. Will be back!
