Best food hands down. Wish they did a buffet and breakfast but I am not complaining. Wonderful part of the community and lucky to have them. Been to several Chinese restaurants all over NY and they are consistent and friendly, food is great too! Hopefully the family keeps this business going for more generations.
Reopened today. Hard to get a call to go through so went to restaurant to order. Mobbed. Waited at least 30 minutes for take out. Ordered the dinner combo of pork lo mien with fried rice and egg roll and the dinner combo shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice and egg roll. Also an order of steamed dumplings. Pork lo mien excellent. Shrimp in lobster sauce was swimming in sauce and it’s not lobster but artificial “crab” pieces. Did not expect real lobster so not really disappointed. Green peas a nice touch but definitely too much sauce. Dumplings had a nice filling but very thick dough which gets chewy as the dumplings cool off. If you want a Chinese takeout meal this is the only restaurant in Warrensburg. It has been closed for a while so hopefully it will remain open for the summer season.
I am from a city in VA that is rich in Asian cuisine and I found Dragon Lee to be good for Americanized Fujian / Szechuan style dishes. It is a surprise to find a good Americanized Chinese restaurant in far north. Fried rice, lo mein, general tso tofu, wonton soup and chef special with no pork soup were ordered. They were delicious. Complimentary Jasmine tea is good. Service is good. Typical Chinese restaurant interior environment which I seen many times in good restaurants in DC area. Recommend for Americanized Chinese foods when you need a break from White people food or crave for saucy foods
I love the food here so much, excellent taste and quality. Gorgeous rangoons. I wished I lived in warrensburg for the sole purpose of being closer to Dragon Lee. Thank you.
Stopped by for a late lunch and ordered pork lomein, vegetable fried rice, and Szechuan pork. Everything tasted good and had a lot of flavor. The fried rice had a char grilled flavor to it which was a nice touch. We’re vacationing up here from FL and will stop by again before we head home.
We stop by on our way home from Canada. The kids really needed something that was not French cuisine inspired. Please hit the spot. Really fast service. Affordable , tasty , I would probably stop here again if I were driving through
Yum yum yum yum yum. Ordered on opening day after they had to shut down because of covid I highly recommend dragon Lee best Chinese food in upstate ny
Im from DC Ktown and had my fair share of Chinese food places and this place is so good it’ll knock your socks off. They’re popping for a reason. Enormous portion sizes. Support this local business!! This is General Tso’s chicken.
