Only two spots for parking, not the best area of town. Still would go back again for the food though; was good.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the broccoli beef, which came with pork fried rice. The rice was decent, but the chicken and beef were great - good mix of meat and veggies, and they got our order correct. Also got egg roll which was amazing, should've gotten 3! And a steal at $1.50 - all the dishes were, coming in under $10 for quality food and HUGE portions! I'm 6'4" with a huge appetite, it's 2 meals. Topped it off with the crab rangoon, which didn't disappoint. If you want authentic Chinese takeout in Central CT, can't beat this place - you can hear the Mandarin in the kitchen! Wish they had a dine-in option, maybe as they grow it could be an addition, someday! Friendly, helpful staff, too.

Best take out Chinese food I have ever had! Portions are large. Dumplings were delicious and fresh, I ate I believe 3 before pic! Sesame chicken best ever had, not to sweet, nice crunch. I am not a huge fan of Chinese food, maybe eat it 2- 3 x per yr. However this is the only place I will go. Customer service was great. Clean in the inside! Was a little wait, as they stay super busy. Call ahead. They do offer delivery.

It was take out, Food was good & the portions were the largest I ever had. I saw no entrance into the restaurant but the manner in which they gave you your food was scary to me. It appeared to have been built to secure themselves from any serious trouble. Person handing me my order seemed very nice, however, the tiny wooden door that food was handed to me was again, very Strange & Scary!

Amazing food for a great value. Everything as it should be and a great portion size. Two dinners two appetizers for slightly under $40 with this quality is good in my book! Will definitely be going back to get my Chinese fix! The entrance looks like it could use some cleaning up for sure, but the kitchen looked clean through the window, like I said. Definitely giving it a second shot.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service!** I recently ordered chow mein from highland garden, thinking it was a noodle dish. When I realized my mistake, I went back in, and the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did they give me the noodles I wanted without any extra charge, but they also let me keep the chow mein dish I accidentally ordered! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I’m so grateful for their generosity and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place!

Not only was this probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had calling in to order food, the food itself was wonderful. Don’t skip the fried dumplings, best I’ve had anywhere! And the lo mein was full of veggies and meat and was perfectly done. Thanks for a great meal!

Got them for the first time for lunch today on a recommendation. He lunch portion and the egg rolls are huge! The food was super yummy and full of flavor. The best I’ve had in the area in a long time!
