Personally I have no idea why this restaurant has not receive higher ratings! We were hesitant to order from there because of it. Imagine how delighted we were when the food was amazingly delicious! We have ordered from there several times since. Also their employees are so polite and friendly!!!
Food was great. Price wasn't bad, got dinner for 2 for less then $30 including appetizer and 2 combo meals. Service was quick and friendly.
Food and service were excellent. Prices are very reasonable. They only offered take out. We would have liked to dine in, but that's ok. We will order again soon.
now here’s a place that knows how to do its general tso’s correctly. Amazing service and very kind people that run this joint. The young man that handed me my food was the most polite person i have ever met and deserves a huge raise. I stand by the fact that hong xin is the GOAT of chinese cuisine!!!!!
BEST Chinese food around! They price was super good for the portion they give you, and the food was so scrumptious! Will be back!! They have a place to sit.

It's perfect, I ate at this restaurant 7 years. The lady is so nice，the lovely girl is so sweet. The chicken is crispy，soup is hot，crab ragoon are so tasty. This is the best restaurant in Ebensburg, in Pennsylvania, in America.
We moved to this area a year ago and finally found a great Chinese restaurant in Hong Xin! The Crab Rangoons were crispy and creamy, the Beef Lo Mein was so flavorful and delicious, the Lemon Chicken was battered thinly and fried perfectly while the sauce was sweet and vibrant. Absolutely delighted and will be making this a regular choice.
