Sing Loon Dragon has some good chicken wings and French fries... The order was delicious. It wasn't very crowded in the establishment. The place was clean and the service was good.

This is my go to Chinese place in the neighborhood. When I first moved nearby it was a trial and error to find this place that had the bbq sauce that I liked (its sweet as heck and should really be sweet sauce) and put on my fries. I’m giving 4 stars because there are times where: -the lady is kind of mean when she’s in a bad mood -they don’t deliver to the houses in the vicinity of the restaurant (not even a block) -I order they’re ribs a lot (boneless, with bone, chopped) and sometimes they’re cooked so much it’s jerky -also the fact that it’s cash only I believe if atleast adding a debit card system to the restaurant would make it that much better. They’re food is good for its price and definitely one of the better Chinese places from 219th to gunhill
