Every time I go to visit NC, I always miss Chinese food and go visit Tasty China. The food there is always great and never had a problem with the food. Excellent! Do not believe what the viral video say as the original poster is not even a health inspector. He did not even go in the kitchen area to see. How will you assume these hard workers are being unclean? Please do not destroy a hidden gem of a restaurant.
I have lived in Lexington for many years and just got around to trying Tasty China. I had forgotten what a really good egg roll tasted like! I had shrimp egg rolls and hot and sour soup. I will definitely be going back!
Affordably priced and I've never been disappointed by the food I've gotten from here, it's my go to Chinese food place around my area
My family and I have been going here for several years, Food has always been good, the lady that runs the front knows us by our order, they've always accommodated special requests to leave things out of dishes if needed or make it spicy if you ask. As I said we've been coming to TC for a long time and I doubt thats going to change any time soon.
For starters, they didn't include even 1 fortune cookie. I ordered a chicken on a stick appetizer which was delicious. And the honey chicken which was very good. My mom ordered the beef and broccoli and she said it was perfect! Perfect ratio of beef to broccoli and great amount of sauce. I'm just a little stumped on why no fortune cookies were included.
This Chinese place is the BEST! I get my nails done in Lexington every month, and when I'm finished, I always grab some sesame chicken and one of their yummy teas. My family loves it here too! The food's great, the staff's awesome, and the vibe is perfect. I'll definitely keep coming back. :)
I’ve tried this place many times and nothing has been dirty everytime I go there. The food has been great and I haven’t had any food problems. Do not believe what the video is showing, it’s utterly disrespectful to do that for small businesses trying to make a living. The employee lady did a great job not letting the person in, who knows what they could have done in the kitchen. Hope this community can change for the better. Keep doing you, Tasty China!
