Can't speak on atmosphere but their food and service are excellent! Their prices are really affordable and staff is very nice.
This Kimono has pickup and delivery food mastered! They are so friendly and accommodating. We had spicy teriyaki chicken, California roll add cream cheese, funky roll and crab rangoon. The mustard sauce is so good and different. Their hibachi is the best around.
I eat at Kimonos in Welcome quite often their food is always good this is my first time to ever complain about anything there. March 7th I called in 2 orders and when I got home with my food all the meat and vegetables in both orders were burnt on one side and the chicken was so over cooked I couldn’t hardly chew it. You need to look at the TO GO ORDERS before you give it to your customers you wouldn’t have given that to someone that was eating in your restaurant which I know that came straight from the kitchen like that. Food is always wonderful. My husband and I did dine in tonight Friday 10/24 and they were extremely busy inside and with call in/take out orders. However the one lady and gentleman working were attentive and provided excellent service!
This is not like the other kimono restaurants in Winston. You pay tge same price but you don't get the soup nor salad. And its a fast food place. You go in, order at counter, pay, they give you your cups and you get your own drinks. They ask for a tip when you order but you get the same service as any fast food place. If I want their food I will go into Winston where I get the soup. Salad and table service
Sushi is usually great, but I only eat cooked rolls. Hibachi was fresh and delicious. Good desserts as well!
Love the staff, owner is super nice. Great place to have a good meal. Service is A+++++
Friendly staff and excellent food - ordered from here tonight and loved their Hibachi Tofu Plate w/ Mixed Vegetables. The veggies are super fresh and the tofu was absolutely perfect (please don't change a thing!). Ginger sauce is great, too. My daughter and husband also loved their Teriyaki Chicken. Best I've had since living in the Seattle area over a decade ago. Will be a regular from here on out.
