Capital One Café

I had the best service today at Capital One Café. Jacob helped me open a savings account and checking account that I couldn’t figure out how to do on my own walk me through the whole process with ease. Then after I got some food and coffee at the café, it was great as well.! I recommend. Since I’m one of the banking customers, they even offered me free coffee. 10 stars!

It’s a great cafe for capital one card holders. I came here because my credit card gave me a voucher for a free coffee from capital one cafe so I ordered a lavender latte and a ham and cheese crossaint sandwich. The ham and cheese tasted weird with the orange jelly they put in there and the latte wasn’t bad at all, I should’ve ordered a larger size because I finished it in like 5 minutes or less. I love how this cafe gives out free luggage tags which is a kind gesture and the customer service is great.

I come here very often and everytime I come, I se Kelsey. She greets me and make me feel s welcome. She really sets the tone for the atmosphere. Kelsey, if you see this, keep being great. Kelsey's boss, if you see this, give her a raise! She is doing the darn thing.

I have to share my experience with Capital One regarding a very detailed and sophisticated security and safety precaution. On or about January 3, 2026, I had a large amount of a debit from my card to pay for an item along with conducting a Split payment. The cashier documented this charge as a GIFT CARD, which to me was unusual when it was not a gift card but a money order. That said, Capital One put a hold on my account and my funds for my protection. They sent me a message in the APP. After speaking with them and verifying this was a purchase I made, it was to me impressive with this type of security. OUTSTANDING!! Thank you to CRISTINA and ALL Capital One Employees Involved, I.D. 825940. GREAT SECURITY!

Belle was absolutely amazing! She is a CAN DO woman! We came in with snag after snag on our mobile app trying to accomplish a new savings account setup for my husband who just immigrated to the US. He needed to be verified in person and we had a first assistant who told us we had to wait 90 days to get the account and to get a credit card. I made a call to capital one while still at the branch and needed to get verified again and that’s when Belle stepped in! Let’s just say we left with EVERYTHING we wanted.,,checking and savings accounts and a credit card fully approved (free coffee too)! Thanks Belle we appreciate you!

The food was OK but this is a nice place to stop by and take a break when I shopping at Lenox Square mall...Staff are very friendly...

Fantastic location! I came in to solve a minor issue with my Cap One account and Dee, the Ambassador who assisted me, was very helpful and we got everything figured out. I was seen immediately and we got the issue resolved within 15 minutes. This location is really great, even if it isn’t a full bank. There are ATMs and a machine to print cashier’s checks for no fee which is fantastic. You can make deposits and withdrawals with ease. Unless you need to do something that can only be handled by a physical teller, this is really all you need. The Cafe wasn’t the main focus of this trip but I did stop by! Cap One customers get 50% off all drinks at the cafe. My (complementary thanks to Dee ) iced mocha was fantastic and the line was very quick and efficient, and the associates were very friendly. It was a busy Saturday with a Braves meet and greet event going on too! Got some cool Cap One/Braves swag out of it. I will definitely be back.
