El Patio Live Restaurante

We had an incredible experience at Patio Live. We have been to it many times and have never had any bad experiences. Me and my family love the food there. The food there is AMAZING and so is the service! Our server Rafael is super nice! He is amazingly sweet and so is another woman there with blonde hair. They both have made our experience feel that bit more special. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm which added a nice touch to the actual restaurant. I definitely recommend The Patio Live Restaurant!

The service and food were wonderful. I had the fried pork chunks with the rice and beans (congri) and they were delicious. I’m not a huge fan of congri from restaurants until now. These were the best I’ve had. My daughter had the best Vaca Frita we’ve ever had and delicious truffle fries. Our waiter, Henry, was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

El Patio Live in Hialeah is a vibrant spot, full of energy and that classic Cuban flair right in the heart of the Westland Mall. The outdoor patio is a highlight—casual yet stylish with just the right ambiance to relax and enjoy your meal  . The menu blends traditional Cuban flavors with a modern twist—everything from ropa vieja (shredded beef) to lechón asado (roasted pork) and hearty sandwiches. Portions are generous, and the flavors are bold without being over the top  . Service here is consistently excellent. Specifically, MariKarla was amazing—attentive, warm, and made us feel truly welcomed. She reminded me why the human touch matters so much in a restaurant. My one minor gripe: the location in the mall means views are mostly of the parking lot—not necessarily the vibe you’re hoping for—but that doesn’t take away from the good food and atmosphere inside . All told, El Patio Live is a stylish, delicious, and well-served place for Cuban-inspired eats. A great choice whether you’re grabbing a casual lunch or celebrating something special—especially if MariKarla is on shift!

We came in with a massive party of 21 to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was excellent. Maricarla was our server, and she and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive from start to finish. Even with the restaurant being busy, they didn't miss a beat with our group. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service really stood out. We'd absolutely recommend El Patio at Westland Mall, especially for large groups or celebrations.

Love this place this my favorite cuban restaurant in all Miami truly love the service the food the atmosphere everything is amazing. All of the servers are truly great and nice! My favorite is Enry he is the best! And Mary Karla is super nice as well!

I’ve been to this place a few times and the food is always good, nice atmosphere and service is excellent. My daughter loves their mango juice and the roasted chicken. I usually have the branzino but yesterday had lobster in creole sauce (‘enchilado’ in Spanish ) and was very pleased. Our waiter yesterday was Rafael (not the first time) and he was very polite and helpful, as always. The only thing we didn’t like yesterday was that the fried calamari had to much crunch, like it was double dipped and fried, but this is the first time this happens to me so I let it fly.

Dinner here was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and attentive, always checking in at just the right times. The food was amazing—every dish we had was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The atmosphere made it easy to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the evening. It’s one of those places that gets everything right, from the service to the food to the overall vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming, relaxed setting.
