I absolutely love this restaurant.. The atmosphere here is truly amazing.. The customer service here is the type that makes you feel welcomed, and surely agree to come back..
I eat here 2-3 times a month. The food is always hot (freshly made), great tasting and plentiful. I feel like I'm a regular here! Even the cook knows just how my wife likes her shrimp, with no seasoning (low sodium). He always waves from the back and makes me feel welcome. Up front, though...., not so much. But they do work hard. I guess it's a small thing, but some smiles might make my food taste even better. I'm just saying!
If you're looking for something different for dinner tonight, then perhaps you should travel on over to Masato Express! Here you'll find a menu with a wonderful selection of Japanese food. Everything from sushi to yakisoba! Here the food is incredible, the prices are more than reasonable, and the service is not only family-oriented but warm and welcoming. So beat a path over there tonight and enjoy!
I love the food the service is okay . The reason I give it only four stars is because you can we stand in the line at the register and you'll be ignored. But I believe that's because of the language barrier and also maybe they're not to King on customer service.
Their food is great. I really love the Masato Chicken. But I've had the steak and shrimp is good also.
This is my go to lunch place. Good, fresh cooked food on the grill makes for a great tasting healthy lunch. The staff take a while to get to know, but they warm up to long term customers and aim to please. If you like spicy food, ask for the meat to be spicy for a nice kick.
Love the steak bowl, just wish it has noodles to come with the bowl instead of white rice. Edit 2/21/20 Revisited this place and the service was good, wait was decent but the food is so fresh. I ordered the yakiniku steak entree without rice and a side of noodles, miso soup, cucumber and avocado rolls. Great area and just can't say enough. Will return when I am I Thomasville.
