Great bacon and egg cheese!! Would go back for that. We tried the chopped cheese as well. Disappointing. I recommend Blue Sky Del (Haiiji's) for the best deli chopped cheese. We ended up throwing most of our chopped cheeses away from here. It's big and has a lot on it, but was lacking flavor and the meat didn't taste seasoned well. But again, great bacon egg and cheese, well balanced!
This place right next to my office serves up the freshest bagels and makes incredible juices! They are known for the famous chopped cheese but I haven’t tried it yet. I’m always going with Mr. Consistent - the bacon, egg, & cheese toasted on an everything bagel with some ketchup. Super clean inside too which is a must for a good deli.
Perfect NYC deli experience! I tried my first chopped cheese, and it absolutely slapped. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our food, and the staff was super nice. They also had all kinds of good soda grabbed some Dr Browns
Amazing little spot that has excellent service, bagels and coffee! Coming from Canada it’s a joy to pop into places like this and still get amazing food. Going back for a bigger sandwich soon! Update: sausage egg and cheese is amazing. Better than the last one I had somewhere else!
Went here everyday while in New York. Chopped cheese is amazing and an absolute must get if you’re anywhere close by. Smoothies are all super fresh and made to order. The shop has really great staff and feels very NYC. Absolutely recommend checking it out and stopping by.
I asked for a Pastrami Hero but needed help on what to put on it, hot or cold. The gentleman working to make my samdwich was extremely helpful in helping decide how to make it (haven't had one before) and the result was incredible. Every time I come to NYC, I love the hospitality of these local shops. I could tell he cared about making a high quality sandwich that I would like and he succeeded. Bravo. Thank you. I will make it a point to come back next time I am here. My wife for the Big Chicken and said it was fantastic as well.
One of the best chopped cheese in the area. This place makes it so good my friends and I came back 3 x. The combination of cheese, peppers and the thin toasted roll is amazing. Don't sleep on the smoothies. They are 100% fresh and made to order. Highly recommend this place if you want fresh chopped cheese and a refreshing juice to cleanse your body. The bacon and ham breakfast sandwiches on a gyro are a must order as well. Staff here is really friendly and don't expect a long wait for your food or beverages. Prices are reasonable and this location is kept very clean.
Got a chopped cheese but had a customer with a big order (came after me but got her food first) and another customer who also ordered the same sandwich. Thought that the amount of meat was less than usual and a bit overcooked. In any other situation, it likely would've been better but just not lucky. Gotta rate it for the present moment experience though. Otherwise, clean and efficient..
