5 stars for sure!! Yep your going to wait at peak times but it’s worth it. This place is managed well and let me tell ya these ladies are working nonstop to get these orders done. So much to choose from, and everything I’ve ordered has been amazing. If your in a hurry and want subpar food, go somewhere else. If you want quality food, come by Chubbys. You won’t be disappointed unless your in a hurry. I review a lot of restaurants and this one is 5 stars. I highly recommend this place for sure. Good job Chubbys Conover. We will definitely be back.
Great place for lunch. Friendly staff and good food.
Very good food, a little pricey in my opinion, but good food. My only complaint is the mayonnaise on my Italian hoagie, that just doesn't belong on that sandwich
Was pretty good sub for price hint a Italian sub is toasted (wasn't used to that seeings I'm from up north and usually served cold lol) so cheese is melted. 1 out 0f 10 for taste and bun freshness I give a 6 could used a bit more meat. But other than that it was very good. People behind counter are very friendly also ready to help you.
We've been meaning to try Chubby's for a while. After eating their today, I wish we'd tried it sooner. Service was friendly and quick, the salad I had was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

BEST KEPT SECRET IN CATAWBA COUNTY....WHEN YOU DREAM ABOUT SOMETHING AND IT TASTE JUST LIKE IT YOU HAVE MY TITLE FOR WORLDS BEST SPAGHETTI!!!!!!!!!! Yes LORDDDDDDD..... probably gonna be there EVERY THURSDAY FOR IT!!
Great subs. Somehow the bread gets better if you order a hot sub to go. Wonderful, friendly folks running it. Only open lunch hours except Thursdays during the summer.
I love this place! Been a loyal customer for 10 years(since moving to the area). Can't recommend it enough! Great food, very consistent, & the owner is awesome!
