Circle M Diner

Today I buried my best friend of 46 years. This was a place chosen for after the service meal. More than a dozen of us showed up and they made accommodations by moving some tables around to fit the whole group together. The staff was immediately jumping to help us and make our needs their priority, and once we're all settled they quickly got the food orders back to the kitchen. We were still deep in conversation when the food came out, very much a nice surprise. I ordered the Bistro Burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. You can easily spend a lot more and get a burger that's really no better than this. I usually go with medium well and it was cooked the perfection. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, very fresh not springy and spongy like they've been sitting around for days. Overall, Circle M rates as one of the better diners I've been to. I don't live in Long Island so that's the first time I've ever been there but in the coming years when I go to visit my friend, Terry Roth, laid to rest in new Montefiore cemetery, and I will always come back to Circle M for a meal.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited about the changes, which makes the dining experience even better. It’s wonderful to see such a beloved local spot get the love it deserves. So returning to this diner for the first time I was introduced to Mike lovely gentleman at the counter and we discussed the changes anyway I ordered a turkey platter which is layered over the most delicious stuffing along with turkey gravy for my sides I had string beans and mashed potatoes with a separate brown gravy along with a very good salad and with that salad came the homemade how stressing which was out of this world Great experience Thank you Mike and all of you at the Circle M diner

This was only my 3rd time here. I say "only" because I plan on coming back again. I haven't had the same thing twice and have loved everything. I believe they even switched owners around my second visit. It's still good. Breakfast to lunch, at least. I need to head in for dinner next!

Nice long island diner that features some great typical diner food and good service. Now the actual look and feel of the diner is a little dated, but the food is always good and service always fast and rather friendly. My favorite dish by far is their Mykonos salad, the chicken is always cooked great, the feta is delicious, and the dressing is fantastic. They also have some great burgers, soups, and breakfast options. Definitely recommend if your in the Wantagh area.
