I go here for their Country Fried Steak and loaded baked potatoe. The food is good. The dining area is quiet. And the staff are courteous. The food is served quickly. They seem to be a popular place, but I've not had a problem getting a table.

Food generous portions, except the 3-egg omelet seemed pretty small. Cooked as ordered. But very little flavor. Group of 4 came in a good 10 minutes after we ordered, but got food a good 10 minutes before us. 1 in the group was a server in on his day off. We moved tables because the quiet booth we thought we were getting turned extremely loud with his group. You would think being a server there, he'd know better. If in the area, they MIGHT get a second chance. Can't remember her name, but it was our server s first day and she was really great!

If you’re looking for a good home-cooked meal that makes you a little emotional because it reminds you of sitting at the table with mom and dad, Mountain Quail Café in Quartzsite is the place to go. We ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes, corn, and a side salad, and everything tasted like it was made from scratch. The homemade dressing alone is to die for. We also couldn’t pass up dessert and tried the lemon meringue pie and the peach pie with homemade ice cream—both were absolutely worth it and the perfect way to end the meal. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place itself is a little dated, but honestly that just adds to the charm and cozy, home-style vibe. If you’re craving a true home-cooked meal while passing through Quartzsite, this is definitely a spot to stop. Would happily come back again.

Cute little cafe with a pretty sizeable menu. Perfect place to stop for breakfast or lunch on your way into Arizona if you're coming in from California. It's a pretty small space, so expect maybe a bit of a wait, but they're very good about getting you in asap. Very kind servers that check in on you regularly and create a warm atmosphere.

Great food and service. Only suggestion would be more tea bags when making tea, mine was more watered down it seems but the food and service made up for minor detail.

We ate there 4 times during our stay. The food is stellar and the lemon meringue was out of the world!!! If you don't go, then you'll be missing out on a terrific opportunity!!!
