We definitely liked our visit. Our server was polite, funny, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Our food was great and came out quickly. The restaurant was clean. The coffee kept coming. We ordered 3 meals and 3 sides. Our bill was $43. The place was full of locals...greeting each other and talking. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.
Clean, fast, friendly AND GOOD! We’ve been comparing breakfast places throughout the area (Norwich, Sherburne, Oneonta) and this place wins hands down. Our menu is the same at each restaurant; 2 eggs, toast, bacon and home fries. The standout is fresh toast fully coated with butter (not too much), crispy bacon and fresh coffee. This place is the WINNER!
Staff (1girl) does a great job keeping up with taking orders and serving. Food is great and price is good. Came back an over a month later and she remembered my order from my 1st and only time ever being there. That’s someone I would hire.
Hadn't been here since it was Ozzie's. I took my son in for breakfast. He had pancakes and I had the western omelet. Service was friendly and very quick, food was excellent, reasonably priced and filling. We will definitely return.
Been wanting to try this place for awhile and so glad we finally did. The food was good, service was too! Definitely found our new diner!
Great classic diner with delicious comfort food! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Service is friendly and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere gives it that true small-town charm. Perfect spot for breakfast or a casual meal any time of day. Definitely a local favorite and worth stopping by! If you’d like it shorter, more breakfast-focused, or more casual and fun, I can adjust it for you
Great food! The new owner is keeping the menu standard and doing the food well. Concentrating on consistency, comfort, and quality!
We decided to go here because they were one of the only places open on labor day. Not really our first choice but ended up having a decent experience. There are a lot of reviews on here that say it's hectic and that everyone is running around when it's not that busy. It seemed to me like sense of urgency which is a good thing. Not a lot of restaurants have that. Especially in a small town. The food was good, the portions were large, and the service was on point. I left feeling full and satisfied. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The place was busy and there was a small wait but no big deal.
