Picture it Christmas morning having to go to work. Nobody wants to work on Christmas, but alas some must. Most shops in Red Oak were closed but RedOak Donuts open sign shining like a beautiful star at 5:20am. The service was phenomenal. I'm not sure if the gentleman was the owner or not, but he was absolutely the best. Donuts were as fresh as you could ask for. Absolutely will come back. Highly recommend. Thank you all for giving an amazing start to this day.

Updated Review for Red Oak Donuts Uptown - 5 Stars I initially had a disappointing experience with undercooked donuts, as mentioned in my previous review. However, the owner promptly responded and invited me to return for a refund. When I went back to the shop, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing a fresh batch of donuts that were made perfectly. The new donuts were airy, fluffy, and delicious—exactly the quality I was hoping for. I appreciate the quick response and excellent customer service. This positive experience really turned things around for me, and I'm happy to say I'll definitely be back!
Their donuts were great! Light and fluffy and the flavor of the icing (I’m real picky with icing) was delicious!! I already ate one before I took the pic. We also got a kolache. It was very good! Fresh, hot and flaky. And the girl at the window was super nice.
Great customer service and the donuts and other items are always fresh. I would recommend this donut shop if you are ever in the Red Oak area.
They have the best donuts of all time. I could never go back to any other donuts shop beside RO Donut. Appreciate their hard work for putting effort in these delicious donuts.
My favorite go to in the am. They know my vehicle and order, a few employees even know just how to make my cup of joe for the road! Its the little things that keep me coming back!
