Love the coffee and Italian sodas! Just recently tried out the cheeseburgers. It was amazing!
I find and rate breakfast sandwiches, it's kind of a thing. This foray was the standard sandwich on the menu, a simple egg, cheese, meat number on a Kalama sourdough bakery roll. I had sausage; add bacon, with cheddar. I must say the kitchen executed this one perfectly. The roll was crisp on the inner layer, browned and soft. The egg done properly, cheese melted just so, and sausage juicy and flavorful. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy, which can be tricky for some places. In summary, not a unique take on the standard breakfast sandwich, but perfectly executed for the sandwich it is. Food Quality = 5/5 Preparation/Execution = 5/5 Uniqueness/ Originality = N/A
The staff is always pleasant. Food is okay - my favorite thing is biscuits and gravy, but it is only served monday - friday. Coffee is good, though a little over priced.
Confused if we were supposed to bus our own dishes or if they actually come out from behind the counter. The table we sat at was not wiped down from the last guest, crumbs all over table and chair. Coffee was fine, they only have one type of bagel (parmesan) and the cream cheese comes pre cut open (so don't try to massage it in the package or ya get a lovely mess lol)
Got Italian soda, it was good. Guy behind the counter looked like he enjoyed being there and was happy. Worked on my laptop for couple hours, plenty of seating. Hotel it's in is cool looking.
Historic hotel falling in disrepair. Sad . A monument in its time. Mr Robert Long was a visionary.
Cute location, tea was great meeting and the person that took my order was very graceful and kind. I was in a bit of an awkward situation
Beautiful architecture and quiet vibe. Plenty of seating. Bend over backward service. And wonderful coffee.
