Found this hidden gem on my way to a delivery in Lansdowne. Been on the roads for several years this restaurant is like the Mom and Pop stops you used to find everywhere had the western sandwich very delicious with an add on pancake came with real maple syrup. My server was Carol very friendly and prompt service with great conversation this place should be the staple that other restaurants need to follow. It’s has a gas station with fresh baked goods and clean washrooms I would take my kids in. TJ’s ks for the great stop and friendly service great way to start 2026
My friends and I went to thousand islands for a few days and stayed in an airbnb. We couldn't find any restaurants nearby except for Rapid Valley so we decided to try it out and it was worth it. The building itself was clean and comfortable, the service was perfect but the best part was the food. I got the fried chicken sandwich which was amazing. The fries lacked some salt but there was salt provided so that wasn't an issue. One of my friends got the fish and chips which also tasted really good but was really oily which you would expect. My other friend got the chicken strips which were also good. My other friend also got the fried chicken sandwich. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to come here.

One of the last amazing "Mom and Pop" home cooked meal restaurants in eastern Ontario. Food is amazing, good quality and in large portions. Staff are wonderful, friendly and keep a very clean place. And prices are amazing, nothing to compare it to in the city. One of my fav spots
Very sweet waiters and amazing breakfasts! Recommend breakfast with a sausage, so delicious. And fresh pastrys too! Don’t have pictures of food because we devoured everything very quickly Recommend!
Great food! Stopped on our way to camp, a lot yummier than we ever expected and the waitress was very friendly and happy. Got the chicken sandwich, super yummy and great portion for price. Partner got the special which was fish and chips. Huge serving for the price as well and he very much enjoyed as well did I! They have cute little baked goods and other things in the store as well! Highly recommend:)
