I passed by this place every time I went to HEB and decided to finally give this place a try tonight. I had never had arepas before, so the servers kindly helped me pick out a menu. We ended up having their fried cheese sticks, arepa with hand-made cheese, and grilled beef (I think). The arepas were kinda hard to eat with hands, but I liked it a lot! I honestly think I will have a bowl or something I can just use fork or spoon to eat with next time, but I will definitely try this place again. It was a nice late-night snack with tables outside.
I’ve had Arepas in NYC and several Latin American countries this Arepa rivals them all. So good and such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I hope this business all the best and will be sharing with everyone I know!

I am always afraid of truck food quality but Arepa 72 proved me wrong. Great traditional Maracaibo-Venezuela food, great service at the tables, no need to do a line to order just seat, order and eat. Servers are attentive to the customer needs.
Best Venezuelan Street Arepas! Really tasty, especially the Carne Asada. I learned about them during a party where they cater too. Currently a food truck but wishing these fellows the best to grow and move to a place that is more cozy.
