I’ve tried so many Mediterranean spots, but nothing compares to this one. Highly recommended. You’ll come for the food, but you’ll return because of Fadi.

I had a great experience at Faris Mediterranean Grill & Lounge, especially because of how much the owner genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I visited over the weekend and, while everything else was excellent, I wasn’t happy with the hookah at first. The owner personally stepped in, changed the head, adjusted a few things, and made sure everything was done right until I was fully satisfied. That level of attention really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in the place and wants every customer to feel taken care of. The staff was also very patient and professional, and I appreciated the positive attitude throughout. Even small gestures—like treating the staff for their patience—show the healthy environment they’ve built. Big kudos to the owner for addressing the issue immediately and turning the experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back.

A true gem! So charming! Excellent presentation, warm friendly service. Got to try that viral Dubai Chocolate very relaxing atmosphere. I went for lunch and it was more chill than the videos, more quiet. The couches are such a smart touch. So comfortable. I mean an actual teapot with a candle for tea is an experience that is typically expensive. This was reasonable in price and the perfect way to spend some time unwinding. They made suggestions to my order that were excellent. I’m so glad I tried the hummus with my falafel. So soooo good. Can’t emphasize how yummy and comfy and perfect it all was! I was only traveling through but I would recommend it to any of my friends visiting the area. Make sure to tip well for great service! Thanks to the friendly workers for a great experience!

I honestly do not know how I have not come across this place sooner. Came here for a 2nd time and was beyond impressed. Even if you don’t smoke hookah, the food is INCREDIBLE. Service is excellent. And my favorite part, the vibe is laidback. There are tons of TVs inside playing a variety of different channels, good music which is played at an appropriate volume allowing you to still have conversations without screaming, and lots of comfortable seating. An absolute hidden gem and will be my new spot!

I am updating my review to 5 stars the owner is very proactive and makes sure all his patrons feel welcomed and that his staff is professional the food and vibes here are always excellent!

Best Service. Such sweet hospitality. You can tell the Owner really cares about his customers. Hookah had great flavors, highly recommend the VIP experience. We live in Austin but the next time we visit Houston, we will be coming right back here

Cool place to hangout, very diverse crowd, they do have an outside patio as well!!! Great food, BYOB!!! This is the place to hangout and just enjoy yourself guys!!! Always great service and smiling faces!!!

Amazing customer service, food and drinks were bomb like everything tasted so fresh. The owner is so friendly and honestly this place deserves more than 5 start. Highly recommended
