The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it's simply fantastic! We tried the loaded chicken bowl, and oh my goodness, it was seasoned to perfection. The tender meat, paired with a great mix of vegetables and seasonings, made for a mouthwatering dish that left us craving more. I also couldn't resist trying the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was flavorful and had just the right amount of kick, while the fries were crispy and delicious. Overall, our experience at Hot and Puff was nothing short of amazing. Delicious food, reasonable prices, great staff, and a charming atmosphere – what more could you ask for? Highly recommend giving this place a try!

The food is delicious. You’re going to need extra napkins or paper towels when you get home. Everything was cheesy, saucy and tasty. Fresh and the portions are spot on. I will return. Plenty of parking and lots of seating. Thank you

Amazing service from younes he was polite kind and whenever I come he always has a smile on his face he suggested the Philly steak sub and it was amazing I ate the whole thing and it filled me up everything here is just perfect the food the customer service from younes the atmosphere and tables were clean and everything I’m definitely coming back soon and telling people about this place

I stopped by Hot & Puff in Dearborn and I’m honestly glad I did. The food was really fresh and you could tell it wasn’t just thrown together. Everything tasted flavorful and made perfectly. The portions were solid too definitely worth the price.

Placed a large take-out order and had an amazing experience! Everything was ready on time, packaged very neatly, and the portions were extremely generous — they even added a few extras, which was so thoughtful. The food and the service were both excellent. Honestly one of my favorite spots. I’ve tried almost the whole menu and every time I go, it’s on point. The smash burger and the loaded chicken over rice are always and I’ve never been disappointed great food, great vibes, and good people. Easy 10/10, highly recommend.

I was excited to try this spot because halal anything is for me, I called in my order and the guy on the phone was really dry and needs a bit more tips on customer service but honestly the food was really good I’ll let it slide. The only complaint will have to be the blueberry mojito advertises muddled blueberry and mint and it wasn’t anything muddled in it just blueberry flavoring and pop. Would have loved to have the picture on the menu as it looked amazing. My fiancé said the blueberry lemonade was just blueberry flavoring with Minute Maid lemonade as well but the food was really good.
