Café De Paris

This was always my favorite place for superb coffee in Kobe when I lived there. I came back there recently and nothing has changed! Service is impeccable, owners are warm and friendly. My meals there were simple and thoughtfully prepared and of course delicious!

To begin with, our group of 14 was able to secure an advance reservation at this restaurant in Kobe, which is extremely rare for Japan. The restaurant also accommodated our dietary restrictions on the spot without any additional charge. We had a mix of people including children. The food was absolutely incredible. We had a prix fixe menu of several courses and everything was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Romantic atmosphere ,nice staff. Food Quality is also good. High PP ratio. Today is the 18th wedding anniversary with my wife , the staff is so nice that he even prepares a Crème caramel for our celebration for free. Thank You!

I had lunch course with my friend on the terrace. All the restaupant staff were kind and friendly ! We were very happy that a staff offered us a very nice service. He kindly offered relocation to a confortable table and seats with a large umbrella when the sunlight was too strong.Thank you Syfax ! We really enjoyed nice food and drinks. We"d like to visit there again.

Had an enjoyable lunch on the front porch. Nothing especially memorable about the cuisine or service, but a nice atmosphere and a good way to waste away an hour or two in the afternoon while the sun is high and the kids are hungry.

Not only are the staff at this wonderful establishment extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Japan and places to travel, the food is absolutely to die for. As a vegan, I struggle to find places to eat at. While they don't have a vegan menu, that will put something delicious together for you as they did for me. I would highly recommend this place to anybody, even if it's just for the view.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Kobe! Every time we come, we leave smiling. The atmosphere is perfect: a relaxed bistro experience in a charming part of Kobe’s Kitano-cho historic district. The service is attentive, sweet, and helpful, from the friendly owners to the impeccable waitstaff. And the food is truly top notch! Fresh and very French. It’s the perfect place to have a meal or a coffee break on the terrace. We were so happy to have spent an afternoon here. It’s a must-visit during your time in Kobe!
