This is a fantastic restaurant. Every single thing I ate was delicious. The warm bread to the table is a great start. I had the Floridian salad which was light, crispy and a perfect appetizer. The snapper main was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You simply have to order a souffle - it was the best part of the meal. Everything you want from a dessert - rich, expertly made but light enough so as you don't feel stuffed. Loved it.

Fancy, elegant and delicious French restaurant with offerings of seafood and land options. Highly recommend wagyu beef short ribs! You won't need a knife for that level of tenderness.

The food was outstanding, with elegant presentation and refined flavors. Unfortunately, the service did not match the caliber of the cuisine. It seemed the staff lacked the training expected in a fine dining establishment.

Server was amazing. Food was delicious. Perfect for a date night with your wife/husband or if you are trying to impress your in-laws

Restaurant is beautiful but more of an Italian menu than French. Dress code should be implemented, saw people in clogs and shorts at bar. Service was good but their uniforms should be more formal for a restaurant of this stature and price. Either you’re a 5 star French restaurant or a cafe but you can’t be both. Not worth the money they charge.

For my birthday, we indulged in a delightful French dinner at Le La Nouvelle Maison. The restaurant boasts a classic, clean aesthetic with crisp white tablecloths. Service was impeccable, thanks to our attentive and unobtrusive server, Andrew. We savored a variety of dishes, including the pear salad and sea bass from the day's specials, alongside French onion soup, escargot, and snapper from the regular menu. Even as a picky eater, I was thoroughly impressed with every dish. The presentation was exquisite, and the cappuccino and coffee served in a charming kettle were a delightful touch. The pistachio soufflé was undeniably "yummylicious"! We will definitely return to Le La Nouvelle Maison. However, I recommend making reservations for early dinner to avoid the potential chaos that ensued later in the evening. We arrived at 5:30 PM and departed around 7:30 PM, comfortably enjoying our meal. Unfortunately, the valet service became quite hectic, with some patrons exhibiting rude behavior towards the staff.

My wife and I came to La Nouvelle Maison to celebrate our anniversary, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the romantic ambiance of the restaurant. The soft lighting and intimate setting made us feel as though we were the only ones in the room, and it set the perfect mood for a special occasion. The service was impeccable, with the staff making us feel welcome and attended to throughout the meal. They even surprised us with a special anniversary dessert, which was a lovely touch and made us feel even more special. And as for the food, it was simply outstanding. We started with the escargots, which were cooked to perfection and had a rich and satisfying flavor. For our entrees, we both chose the bouillabaisse, and filet which were both outstanding. The broth was full of flavor, and the seafood was fresh. The steak was perfectly cooked. But the real standout of the meal was, of course, the soufflé. We had heard so much about it and had high expectations, and it did not disappoint. The soufflé was light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and it was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience at La Nouvelle Maison. The romantic ambiance, great service, and delicious food made for an anniversary celebration that we'll never forget.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary tonight and wanted to try something different and that we have never tried before! Our meal at “La Nouvelle Maison” in Boca Raton did not disappoint. The service, quality and quantity of food was top notch! For starters we ordered the escargot, French onion soup (which is huge) and a Caesar salad, we were already pretty full because they serve the most amazing hot and fresh French baguettes that we filled up on. Our drinks were delicious also as we ordered the Peach Rosemary Mule and the French Mule! Next up was the main entree, definitly pace yourself because you MUST 100% save room for dessert! Our main course was the New York Strip with French fries that was cooked to perfection and also the rack of lamb that my husband enjoyed (though it was not your typical rack of lamb). It was served with only one bone and the rest were medallions over mashed potatoes. We took half our meals home so we could save room for the best ending! Dessert is a must!!! It was our anniversary and they brought us out the crepe we ordered with a candle in it and “Happy Anniversary” with chocolate writing! I am a crepe lover and it was good but if you are to get only one dessert, the apple crostada with cinnamon ice cream is what you should try! The presentation and taste was out of this world! We enjoyed fantastic coffee with our desserts and they had to roll us out of the restaurant! Our server Kevin was amazing and the hostess team that greeted you upon arrival was friendly and attentive! Our water was filled right when needed and table was cleared by friendly staff! Truly superior and friendly service! Great quality of food and a ton of it! We will definitely will be back!
