42 Fusion

What a great place to eat! We spent a few hours here, seated by the window on a cold, snowy day. Waitress was great and attentive. Food was fresh and so yummy. I tried the Mexican lasagna - which blew me away. My friend had the short ribs, which she said were delicious. We couldn't make up our minds on dessert. Ended up going with our server's suggestion. Best tiramasu I've had in a long, long time.

Had the most wonderful dinner at 42 fusion. I've been here several times, and every time, the dinner and service are better then the last time. This time I enjoyed the Filet Mignon, 10 oz. tender filet perfectly seasoned and served with a peppercorn cream sauce and veg of the day. The server, Alicia, who also co-owns the restaurant, remembered me from last visit, and was very pleasant to conversate with. She even recalled our conversation, which was very impressive, considering how long it had been. The meal was incredible, the meat tender and flavorful, cooked perfectly to temp, and the sauce was a delicious bath to dip my steak into. I really think it is becoming my new favorite restaurant. If you try it, I'm sure it will be yours to!

As a local I cannot say enough good things about 42 Fusion! This is by far the best restaurant I have been to, from the atmosphere to their delicious food they have so much to offer. Their mexican lasagna blew me away and is a must try if you plan on coming here, along with their tiramisu! My mother also got this chicken special and absolutely loved it!

This place is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious. It’s truly authentic, fresh, and consistently great. They are so accommodating with dietary restrictions too. The drinks are also great- they use agave to sweeten instead is simple syrup, which is so much healthier. The staff is so friendly— Alicia and Kristen are amazing, and the chef even visits your table if he can or serves the meals himself when it’s busy. It’s quiet and inviting. Love this restaurant. Reservations recommended! Enjoy!

Excellent food and ambience at 42 Fusion! I had the Mexican lasagna and my friend had the grilled pork chop. Both were full of flavor. I can’t wait to go back.

We decided to try this Place for our 5 year anniversary of buying our home. What a great spot!! We had the Mexican Lasagna on recommendation of our server and the Sole stuffed with Crab Special Both entrees were spot on. Great flavor and appearance. Owner/ Chef came out and checked on us and I love when they do that. Finished our meal with Homemade Churros. Service was outstanding and loved the vibe of the back bar. Will be back to check that out another time.

Excellent spot. Food is delicious. It was difficult to wrap my brain around Italian and Mexican, but once you see the menu, you can see the balance in the compassion of their dishes. To start, we got Mexican Arincini and a house salad. Both very good. I got the Kobe skirt steak and it was both flavorful and cooked to temperature. They offered a red wine as a special. It was a little by the glass ($20), but very tasty. Sorry for forgetting the name. To end we got their Tira Misu. It is more like a sundae and the Espresso shot was a prominent flavor. Definitely, check this place out.

It was tough finding a restaurant on a Monday night. However, we found 42 Fusion open. My wife had the raviolis and I had the Pork Chop, seared to perfection, juicy and moist center with sautéed vegetables and roasted potatoes. We will definitely be eating there again.

So good! I had the Tex Mex quesadilla and my husband the tacos. Incredible food and great service. Open all afternoon if you want a late lunch. We will be back! 10/30 We went back Saturday and this time had quinoa salad and Caesar salad with steak. Yummy! Waitstaff was outstanding.

Absolutely phenomenal! The food is creative and full of bold flavors. The service was exceptional! Stop here if youre a fan of great food.

Just stumbled upon this place, and boy was it the best surprise! We had a healthy perfectly made pork chop and all the yummy fresh fixings. The cocktails were made to perfection. Loved the vibe of the space, very clean, open and inviting. We loved the eclectic menu and we were spoiled with attention from our server, I believe, Kristin… How I missed this gem is unforgivable and I’m going to post the sexiest yummiest Tiramisu you’ve ever seen and need to try…

Great new spot in town of Ballston Spa! Place is immaculate and food and service is absolutely amazing! If you’re in Ballston Spa definitely stop in and check them out, You won’t be disappointed! This is our second time here. We got the Mexican Aricini for an appetizer and that was spectacular! For an entree I got the gnocchi and my husband got the cowboy quesadilla, both were heavenly! Finished with espresso and churros and those were just as great as the apps and dinner! Start to finish 10/10 !!

Great setting and lovely decor. The rooms are well spaced for various parties and the bar is separated for its own vibe. Delicious food- we had thei Mexican lasagna and a crab stuffed sole. Both so yummy! Plus the arrancini was special, and the churros- so authentic! Tino the owner and chef came out to greet us. A lovely experience with great wait

This restaurant was amazing!! An absolute hidden gem that combines two of my favorite food types! No wait to get in, food came out super fast and you get a starter of chips and some of the best homemade salsa or so my wife tells me.our waitress Kristin was so fantastic!! She was engaging, knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful and just an all around pleasure!! The food was INCREDIBLE! I had the special and ate every bite, out of the three of us we only took home like 1/4 th of a plate it was so good and I recommend anyone who is in the area to go here!!

We stopped here on the way to Rochester from Saratoga and it was the best decision ever. The food is delicious and the best salsa I have ever had!! Mixing Mexican and Italian dishes truly make for an unforgettable and absolutely delicious meal!! The service is amazing everyone from the owner to the staff is welcoming and incredibly friendly. I cant recommend this place more! Next time we are in town we will be back!!

The paninis were pretty solid. Waitress messed my order up, then told me I was wrong. Didn't feel like arguing so I ate it. Overall a decent experience
