Been stopping here a couple times now. The food is great! Especially the cheeseburger and fries. Was very delicious. Even though it’s a small place. They gave a lot of food for the price ($10). Cheap on gas too being far from a town. Nice ladies doing the cooking. Great job! Loved it
Best gas prices in the entire area. People are friendly inside too.
Cheapest gas you'll ever find year-round! Great little mini market inside, with fresh meat and handmade sandwiches, and plenty of alcohol choices! This is always my go-to stop when driving through Mayer.
I LOVE Gilligan's for gas. The station is open 24/7 which is critical when one is heading down Highway 69 to Interstate 17 & beyond. When it's after midnight, one doesn't want to chance running out of gas anywhere along the way. There are lots of pumps, so there's no waiting in line for the next open space. You might expect to pay a premium for the service in a remote rural area, but Gilligan's prices are way lower than other stations in Prescott Valley or further down the highway. The Market is fun to visit. It's quaint & reminiscent of an old general store. The restrooms are worth visiting for a chuckle even if you don't need to go. The Market has fresh produce, fresh meat & dairy which is surprising for an establishment "out in the boondocks.". Of course, prices are higher than urban stores; but one need not drive 20 or more miles one-way, then back again for a few items.
I have always had a good experience wjth the food at Gilligan's. Last night, my mom, daughter and I ordered a cheese pizza and it was super good!! We will definitely be coming back for it again, and to try more items on the menu. The lady who cooks the food is always friendly and ensures your food is made fresh and the way you like it. Thank you Gilligan's!
This place is awesome Grocery's Cheap gas Ice cream And their TACO TUESDAY RULES
Always have had good experiences at Gilligan's. I have eaten there a couple of times and took tacos home on tacos Tuesday. Family liked them and I will do it again. My wife wants to try their pizza next. I will let you know what we think about that at a later time.
They always seem to have the cheapest gas around. Sometimes even cheaper than Costco for a minute. And I love to order from the deli inside and run over for a quick little items. Nice little neighborhood store.
