Las Cazuelas absolutely delivered. This was one of those meals where everything just hits. We went for lunch and ordered a Charola de Guisos with rajas con queso, chicharrón prensado, discada estilo Durango, and asado verde/rojo de puerco. Every guiso was well-seasoned and deeply flavorful, but the chicharrón prensado and asado verde stood out. Rich, savory, and clearly made with care. This is comfort food done right. We also had the Bistec a la Mexicana, which was cooked perfectly and packed with fresh, bold flavors. Simple dish, executed exactly how it should be. The real surprise was the barbacoa (weekends only). Incredibly beefy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. No gimmicks, just excellent barbacoa that speaks for itself. Shoutout to the handmade tortillas. Warm, soft, and absolutely elevated everything on the table. Bottom line: outstanding food, authentic flavors, and thoughtful execution across the board. This is the kind of place you come back to and confidently bring people to. Las Cazuelas is doing it right.

The best chilaquiles and Cafe de ola I've ever had. The red mole is amazing as well. Incredible service too!

My first time here. I stopped in for some food to go for breakfast. I was blown away by how CLEAN and well kept this restaurant is. The server working the front door was polite and friendly. The food was amazing. I got the Poblano breakfast enchilada. It had great flavors. The two sides it came with were equally delicious. I would highly recommend this local gem. I will be back to support this locally well run business!

The atmosphere is really cool & the service was great. Mixed feelings on the food, but I would return regardless. We ordered menudo, gorditas, flautas, huevos al alabanil, churros, & fruit & 4 aguas frescas. Total cost was around $68. Jamaica & Limón y Pepino were great! Horchata was a little watery. The price is a bit high at $3.99/drink. The huevos al alabanil were really good. The eggs are cooked in salsa (not spicy at all) served with the standard refried beans, and potatoes (delicious)! The tortillas are homemade and very good. They only bring 3 at a time but our waiter was attentive at getting us more as needed. The menudo was okay but missing something for flavor. The gordita de chicharrón is the best non-dessert option. The salsa has a really good flavor. The churros were delicious! My favorite part!
