The food was awesome. the staff was nice. It's not of seating but can dine in.
As an independent contractor I asked the cashier for a receipt for the items I paid for in cash she replies that they Do Not Give Out Receipts for cash tranaction(s), they Give Out Receipts for items paid with Credit Card or Debit Card as per the business'owner policy. I requested for tax purposes. They probably do not report most of the cash transactions in order to pay less taxes. I will report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and other Local Government offices.
This place scores a high 10 points for excellent, soft and freshly baked Haitian bread. Super high quality pates with a nice balance of meat/fish with flaky puffy pastry. And the soup Joumou is excellent too. After a few other nearby places failed me with hard bread and stiff pates, I’m quite happy with the food I purchased from here. Thank you!
They have the best Haitian patties in town. I tried the legume and wasn’t a fan of it but my kids love it. They are nice people and I haven’t had any issues customer service wise
Food is really good. Best fish patties. Legume and joumou soup are so so good. The chicken is always great! Teams have really made an effort to be welcoming and courteous: We appreciate it.
My favorites are the spinach (Lalo) and sweet plantain (bannann) for breakfast. I love all their Patties, Labouyl, Mayi Moulin, and, of course, their soup, Joumou! I literally drive about 30 min on the weekend to get breakfast. Everything really is delicious!
Had the tablet AKA Haitian peanut cake and it was delicious. Peanuts were nicely roasted and lots of ginger. Nice size, easy to break so easy to share all the sugar lol.
Best Haiti food. The grieux (fried pork) is flavorful, tender, juicy so good. They bake bread fresh in house daily even if ur not post to eat it u will from the smell. Quick meals their patties that's made by hand in house. I can say nothing I had there is bad but this it what make my car drive it self dont know how I got there but I'm here for it.
