I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paramount, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the impeccable service; we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable, and the decor exuded a sense of sophistication, making it a very inviting place to dine.The staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism. Although the restaurant was nearing closing time, they did not rush us at all. Instead, they allowed us to finish our tea leisurely, even as they patiently waited for us to leave. Their courtesy and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. As for the food, it was outstanding. The appetizers, particularly the hummus, were delicious, and the grilled meats were cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the restaurant, coupled with the quality of the food, made it easy to lose track of time. It's a shame that the restaurant is 60 kilometers away from me, but the experience was so delightful that I am already looking forward to my next visit. Overall, Paramount is a restaurant that I highly recommend. It combines excellent service, a refined atmosphere, and top-quality food, making it well worth the visit.

This experience of testing out the new menu paramount 2.0 has been phenomenal! Everything from the dips to the refreshing salad to even the main course was delicious! If you are dining with your family this is the perfect place! They have a prayer room and a kids play area attached as well! Perfect amenities !

We tried a couple of their new menu items such as the Cheesy Garlic Bread and the Cheesy Chicken Shawarma Boat and they were both amazing. The mixed grill was also good but not as delicious as the other two. The spicy pita bread served with the mixed grill was very spicy. Their hummus and pita of course were great as usual. Nice and fresh! Update: 10/2024 Tried the Moutabbal and it was incredible! The menu has changed so I tried new items including the tasty Zaatar Manakeesh. The staff were incredible. Tried the bakalwa and it was a nice touch of sweetness to the end of a fantastic meal.

We had a very nice surprise at Paramount tonight, as we didn’t know what to expect. The food was absolutely delicious, we could tell that they only use fresh, quality ingredients, and the service was beyond expectations. Ahmad Mansour, our server, made sure to come at our table often to make sure we get everything we wanted and more. Also, prices are very good, considering the quality of the food. We’ll definitely go back soon!

My friend and I had lunch at Paramount Don Mills yesterday, and we truly enjoyed the experience. It wasn’t our first time there, but this time, it was special. The food was delicious. I ordered the Tabliyeh Saj Shawarma and my friend ordered the Mixed grill. We were both delighted by the flavors of the fresh ingredients used. The service of Ahmad was outstanding. He made sure to answer our questions and accommodated our requests with a smile. He was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

OMG I don’t even know where to start from! My friends and I came to Paramount to celebrate our birthdays, and as soon as Ahmed knew, he surprised us with a delicious chocolate birthday cake he even added a cake candle sparkler and sang Happy Birthday to us with other staff and fellow diners! We were so amazed my his kindness and wonderful surprise! It will forever be a lovely memory to cherish along with the tasty and appealing delicious Lebanese food Love everything about this restaurant, the food, the people, the atmosphere! 100% recommend !

Amazing food. Their garlic bread is a must try, everything we ordered was simply delicious and their freshly baked pita was cherry on the cake. Service was top notch. Definitely going to be our go to place from now on
