Awesome little hidden gem. Great prices. Awesome people! We need more places like this because this is the epitome of a hot dog joint that cares about what they put out! Crispy Fries and great dogs!
Took my daughters here for Sunday lunch. The place was popping so I knew I was in for a treat. Since Mickey’s closed in Villa Park, I’ve been on the hunt for a new Vienna hotdog joint. I was pleasantly surprised by a variety of Mexican dishes on the menu. Though my daughters and I were in the mood for dogs, I was able to get a sample of the menudo soup. Too spicy for my kids but I enjoyed it. I must’ve seen at least a dozen other orders of menudo get brought out while we were there. I appreciated the hospitality and quick service. We will be back for sure. Next time I’ll try the tacos or burritos. Thank you!
This place is so good. The Chicago-style hot dogs are legit and hit every time. The tacos are super flavorful, and the fries are always hot and perfectly crispy. It’s just one of those easy go-to spots when you want something quick and really satisfying. So glad we have this place locally!

Ordered the Monday special which was two hotdogs, fries, and a drink. Also ordered a small cup of cheese sauce. Chicago style dog is decent, but doesn't have that classic snap like the Vienna beef dogs at Portillo's. Fries have a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Fries were hot but not ripping hot like fresh from the fryer. Fries are mostly unsalted but there are salt packets at the counter. The atmosphere is quite lacking. One tv, no ambient music, and posters of Vienna beef and sausages. It's a small place that offers a variety of food options like tacos, gyros, burgers, and hotdogs. The price is reasonable and the food is decent, but nothing amazing stands out here. Update: Tried the hamburger and tacos. The hamburger is decent. Tacos are very good for the price. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Hot sauce is spicy and tangy in a good way.
We were staying in the area, and ate here twice for lunch. The hot dogs special was a great deal, but the real gem was the Gyros. They were huge, and absolutely delicious. The people that work there are really friendly too. We will definitely go back next time we are in town.
Outstanding the food was fresh hot flavorful I ordered a gyro and fries. I was greeted soon as I walked through the door great customer service. I definitely be back it's hard to find restaurants like these HIDDEN GEM for sure
