We LVED our experience today! We were inspired to dine here after we visted to the Martino Manor.. the Haunted House walk through! (SUPER SCARY)..I used my sister as a human shield..well worth every penny!. Our dinng experience was fantastic, we ordered Calamari, bruschetta, Caesar's salad, A panzerotti, Chicken parmesan and The BEST TIRAMISU...we've ever had!!...The ambiance was soothing, clean and accommodating, & who could complain Dean Martin playing in the background?...very friendly staff that catered to my elderly mother needing wheelchair accessible toilets & passage out to the parking lot. We will be back to try out The full pizza and of course the Halloween HAUNT next year!! LVED IT!!..
With a vibrant background music and a good atmosphere, this Italian restaurant welcomes you. Its beautiful patio serves as a good visual and sensational setting with its fountain. The food, the very fresh pasta, the generous portions and the very reasonable price. I recommend the pistachio cake (two very thin layers of bread and its fillings are a soft but firm mixture of pistachio and cream as well as its pistachio frosting, the foam on the outside gives a touch of freshness, it surprised me, simply delicious!
Great diner at Mamma Martino’s. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Quick service. Restaurant decor feels like the 90’s typical Italian restaurant and it’s is fine.
Mama Martino’s is one of my favorite spots for classic Italian comfort food. The pasta is always fresh, the sauces are rich, and the portions are generous for the price. The service is friendly and fast, even when it's packed. Their pizza is a must-try – super delicious, loaded with fresh ingredients, and full of gooey cheese. It tastes homemade in the best way. Just a tip: they don’t take reservations, and the lines on weekends can get really long. For a smoother experience, try going during the week. It's totally worth it either way!
My daughters and I go here all the time my son-in-law loves it. He's married to my youngest daughter and they live in London England, so we go to all our favorite restaurants in Toronto when they come to town and this is our number one spot plus, he's part Italian. I took my daughter last year for her 37th birthday and they surprised her with a big slice of chocolate cake and a candle. It was beautiful. She was so surprised the people are The nicest the young ones that work there are so well mannered and know their job. The food is delicious. Great price. It's always our go to place. I'll be there tomorrow night with my daughter once again. Friday night dinner and then we'll head next-door to Tom's dairy for a little treat.
First time visiting with my family (a party of 10, including two kids, a toddler, and a baby) the highchair was cleaned before use. Thank you! Even though seating is first-come, first-served, the hostess didn’t keep us waiting long, which we really appreciated. Service was great. Jake took our orders, and it seemed like a very team-oriented environment since other servers also helped bring out our food. Everything we ordered was delicious! Some of us had the veal marsala, spaghetti alla carbonara, chicken parmigiana, and we shared the cheese pizzas, garlic bread, the chef salad (amazing!), calamari with marinara sauce, and the house wine. My whole family enjoyed their meals. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back!
The staff here are incredible. Amazing service all around. Prices are incredible for the portion and quality. The Veal Marsala is amazing. You will want to lick the plate. Clean facility. Clean washroom. Nicely decorated interior and exterior. Really like the exterior. Nice bars. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge.
We visited Mamma Martino’s on a Tuesday night around 8:00pm and had an excellent experience. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made for a relaxing evening. From the moment we arrived, we were very well treated. Our server was friendly, calm, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We started with a Caesar salad and calamari, both fresh and flavorful. For the main dishes, we ordered Spaghetti Carbonara and Fettuccine Alfredo — both were delicious and served in generous portions. To accompany the meal, we had a good white wine, conveniently served in a half-liter bottle — a nice touch. One thing that stood out was how quickly the food arrived, without compromising on quality. The prices were surprisingly affordable, especially when compared to other Italian restaurants in the area. Parking was easy to find when we arrived, but we can imagine it could get tricky during peak hours. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be back to try more dishes. Mamma Martino’s is doing a fantastic job serving the community, and we highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for great Italian food at fair prices. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we appreciate our visit!
