food was fantastic. short wait for a table even though they were incredibly busy. everyone was very friendly
Excellent food and way more than a person should eat at one time. One waitress was taking care of a really large area, so she was a little delayed getting to us at times. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I want to very thing on the menu. I just wish they had a place in Charlotte.
Went on Monday night ( when several restaurants are closed in Elkin), the place was busy! But we were seated right away and the service was on top of it. Food was delicious. Shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo. NO pics, we were too hungry! Go!
During our visit to Elkin we just had to try the famed Mazzini's, recommended to us by a friend. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. We had our drinks and food promptly with regular refills and check-ins throughout our lunch. The food was delicious and fresh, just as we expected it to be. We were not disappointed! We left with our bellies full!
I feel at home here. You're family when you walk in. The dough is made fresh every morning. Definitely coming back. This is my go to spot here in elkin
Had the Egyptian Bread appetizer for the first time. It was pretty good especially if you add parmesan cheese. Clean facilities and super friendly service! I recommend this place and will eat there again!
We used Mazzinis to cater our wedding. The food was amazing! All of it! Pam was such a delight to work with. Truly amazing food and hospitality.
