A great breakfast spot, we were seated quickly in this large restaurant. Our meals were served quickly and the server and host were friendly and attentive. I opted for the breakfast special and my wife and daughter had the Avocado & Original Eggs Benedict. Everything tasted great , the potatoes were cooked perfectly! All the serving sizes were very generous and filling we couldn't finish our meals. It was great having the nicely arranged fresh fruit accompanied to finish the savoury meals.
Excellent food and service. We went there for an early dinner on a Monday and it was very quiet and pleasant. Hubby had the lamb, a little on the expression side ($41) but well worth it of you enjoy juicy, tender and perfectly cooked lamb, with wonderful pesto pasta. I had the all dressed calzone and it was also delicious. I wish they would have given me a small side salad or a few fries with it, but to be fair, the calzone alone was large enough to calm my huge hunger. The service was very professional, friendly and the food arrived quickly. Great place, modern and airy, calm and pleasant atmosphere, we will definitely return!
I got the salmon tartare, it was good. The ceasar salad also was good but the portion was a bit small and the croutons for the tartare a bit tough. The service was very friendly, we were a bigger group and everyone got their meals around the same time. The garlic bread appetizer was huge but didnt taste much of garlic. Was still pretty decent. The cheesecake for dessert was delicious with the strawberry jam. For the price its good.

Celebrated with a large group. Food was good. The Fruit de Mare was good, but the sauce could be slightly improved. The Margarita pizza was okay. I would like to return to try other menu items. Nice overall atmosphere and service was good.
Drove up from Hamilton ON, (6 hour drive). Was totally worth it, food was perfect and made quickly. Amazing gluten free options, perfect for those with celiac! Will be back!
Absolutely excellent experience start to finish! Called and made a reservation earlier in the week for when visiting my dad in gatineau. The person on the phone spoke excellent English, especially being a French resto. It is bring your own drinks, so we each got to bring what we like. They are VERY allergy friendly! My cousin and I both have food allergies, they have dedicated cutlery, red napkins and red dishes that are all kept separate from the rest of the kitchen. Not only is this great from a contamination standpoint, but it is also a visual cue for the staff. Being gluten free and dairy free, I had a bolognese which was amazing sided with warm GF bread. It is hard to find places to eat you don't feel like a burden with food allergies, and here it just felt like the norm. I would highly recommend this resto, and we will definitely be back!
