I celebrated my birthday here with my wife, and it was a wonderful evening from start to finish. The staff made us feel welcome right away and the service throughout the night was friendly and attentive without being rushed. Our meals were delicious! Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. It felt like the perfect place to enjoy a special occasion together. Thank you for helping make my birthday dinner memorable.
Went for the first time. Not bad for good ecperience. Affordable and food was good. Service was pleasant. Ambience was nice too. Got Its all Included to start with Tea and the Minestrone Soup. The soup was not that good and very bland. Ordered Chicken Pesto Tortellini which was good. Charged for change of pasta which would have been good to know before hand(wasnt bad though for price). Got Spumoni Ice Cream for the dessert which again was okay(not a fan). All in all was okay. Recommended!
Today, I had lunch with a great grandparents and I was a little worried about going to the restaurant as I have celiac disease. But the staff was very kind and understanding and even showed me that they had a gluten-free menu and they were very considerate about my restrictions and they even made me this gluten-free dessert option! I will definitely be coming back again!!
I have not been to the Old Spaghetti Factory in Abbotsford for a long time and I did not recall having the best experience. That changed when I came back recently. When I arrived earlier than I would any other restaurant, I received a table right away. I took a bit to think about what I ordered, and I asked for the New York Steak with Fries, medium rare with a garden salad and the Summer in the City New York Sour cocktail. The drink was subtle yet flavourful in taste. The steak was fantastic; it had that barbecued taste while still being juicy. The fries tasted great and did not require condiments or extra seasoning while the sauteed mushrooms were pretty good. The complimentary bread was warm, fresh and crunchy and the garlic butter helped enhanced the bread’s palate. The restaurant’s aesthetic interior always had this antiquated yet sophisticated look to it. The service was very good, and they came frequently to my table. I really enjoyed coming back to the Spaghetti Factory after all this time and I do hope for the very best for this business.
We arrived without reservation and greeted with smiles, quickly sat at a table of our choosing. We were immediately brought fresh Italian bread with delicious light butter. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti marinara. We were both pleased with how delicious and fresh the food was. It was had a very quaint and friendly atmosphere. The staff were very professional and attended to our every need. If we are back in the area we would be happy to return. Keep it up!
Yatin is the man. Fielded my husband's incessant questions like a seasoned politician leading a town hall. Was amazing with our daughter. Genuinely, the best service we've had in a very long time. All of the staff that we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and just all around great. The food was awesome too :)
This is a great place for family meals and group gatherings. The service was on point and the food was amazing as usual. This is such a good easy place to go because you get everything you need in a meal for one price really. There is some parking but seems a bit limited as it shares with a hotel complex , but you should definitely make reservations.
We were given a gift card, so we went and checked it out as a family. I love that the meal has everything included in the entre price. Starter, main, and dessert. We also got free bread and garlic butter. Nobody will ever leave this place hungry. The food was good and our server was great. We will definitely be back.
