I Ordered chowmein with chicken. It was good. Came with extra rice. Wife ordered veg fried rice. It was not good at all. It was tastless. We asked the server to make our food spicy and he added $1.5 extra. Not that i have a problem, but who charges for bumping up spice level by a notch? Server was clueless and the general ambience wasnt good. Will probably not come here again.
I came here for lunch and purchased the chicken and egg roll lunch special. The presentation of the food is top notch, the flavors of the chicken and egg roll were great! The sticky rice was the perfect texture and not too dry, but the vegetables are a little plain. The vegetables are simply steamed and have no oils or seasoning, not even salt. The environment was nice, quiet music plays in the background, and the hanging lanterns are charming. Tables were all clean, and the air was also clean - no smell of cooking smoke or burning oil. Finally, my server was fantastic. He ensured that I had everything I needed and had a pleasant attitude. The food was made and delivered to me very quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, clean environment, and good service, but the food could use a little improvement.
We had a lovely experience eating here. The serving sizes are HUGE!! Great bang for your buck. The food was very hot and tasty. We ordered the kung pao and honey garlic chicken (#26 and 27). The staff was kind and helpful. The vibes were great.
Quick service. Great food. They charge extra to make the dish hot Food ordered: Veg Chow Mein, Chicken Chow Mein, Veg Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice
I got Chicken Teriyaki with rice. It was $13-14. It was good! It was hot when served, excellent. Teriyaki sauce wasn't too heavy, and none on the rice. But they have bottles of Teriyaki that you can get to put more on if you want. I thought this is a good idea! My only complaint is I think it was a little on the expensive side. Service was fine. The staff were great to work with. I had no issues. They were very busy with to-go orders and people coming in to sit down.
Awesome food, Young was so kind and helpful. Helpful note for management, there are upcharges in any industry. Maybe lots of customers don't like paying for spice? But not mentioning the up charge before being charged for it, and I didn't see any signs about spice up charges, so that borders on a contract violation at worst and a below standard experience for many customers at best. I know there have been times I didn't tip your associates because I felt all the additional fees and price should justify you probably pay your employees well. I just think if your employees mentioned upcharges first they might get more tips, and you might have less sour reviews on your delicious eatery establishment.
Everyone there has been amazing & great. Food quality & portions . I've always felt welcomed in, nice customer service .
This is the best teriyaki chicken. Moist, tender, great flavor, and good portion for the price. Staff is friendly and accommodating!
