Absolutely fire spot This Korean, Japanese Asian fusion place seriously delivers. The fish is super fresh—clean, buttery, and clearly high quality. You can tell they don’t cut corners with their seafood. Portions are solid and filling, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The real standout is the Spicy Gang-Jeong, sauced chicken—insanely good. Perfectly cooked and coated in a bold, spicy sauce that actually has depth, not just heat for the sake of heat. If you love spicy, flavorful food, this is a must-order. On top of that, the service is great: friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Great food, great portions, and great service all around. Easy recommendation and a spot I’d 100% come back to.
This food was so good. After returning from study abroad in Japan, trying this place was like being back there. I had the Karaage Bento Box, Salmon Nigiri, and FuKi Plum Wine. I cannot express how delicious it was. ごちそうさまでした
Origami is seriously a great spot. The food tasted fresh, everything came out quick, and it was honestly just really good. The place is clean and chill, so it’s easy to just sit there and enjoy your meal. Rose was a big reason it was such a good experience. Her service was awesome, she was super nice, and she actually paid attention the whole time. She made it feel welcoming instead of rushed. Definitely coming back.
This place has a really nice balance of quality and vibe. The sushi is consistently good, made with fresh ingredients that taste clean and well-prepared, not overly sauced or heavy. Everything feels authentic—real Asian flavors, not watered-down or Americanized. The atmosphere is a big plus too. Comfortable, relaxed, and inviting—easy spot to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a solid choice for good sushi, fresh food, and a genuine Asian dining experience with a great vibe. Definitely worth checking out!
Our meal was pretty good. Chicken katsu was very over done and the sushi roll I got to-go had 80% rice which I found extremely disappointing after paying over $15. Value is not great, but they do have some creative roll options.
This place is very comfy and cozy, and the employees are top-notch. The service is very prompt......too prompt as a matter of fact.....did not have any time to enjoy appetizers when the rolls were out and at our table. Small issue, but better than the opposite. The food was good and fresh and presented very well. The portions were very good.....on the larger side(fyi)....the rolls all tasted great with the exception of one which was off the charts!!!! (Crazy Boy) Desserts were also very delicious ....definitely try the Tempura Ice cream!!! Very enjoyable visit and will definitely be back. The only small personal issue I had was the loud country music .......felt like I was at a Truckstop roadside diner and it detracted from the ambiance. Again, that is a personal preference.
Food is great, good Flavor and nice texture. Friendly costomer service, you felt welcomed with fast service. Atmosphere is warm and colorful. I liked there decor. I will go again when I'm back in Los Alamos.
The chefs and servers are very nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming, I love coming here with my friends. The food is fresh and so tasty. This is the place to come in Los Alamos. (The chef let me take a picture of the and he was the coolest)
