Omg! This place is doing it right! Great SUSHI , fresh rolls ! poke bowls , and OMG the HIBACHI is amazing!! YUM!! Large portions , quality ingredients , it is consistent every time ! Really good staff too. The manager is very professional and the sushi chef is amazing ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hibachi grill! Food and a show, both of which our young children enjoyed. Steak cooked right, seafood was on point and the portion sizes are quite large. We also got a couple sushi rolls that were very good. They can accommodate large parties and they have a large bar area. Definitely recommend making reservations as the walk in line was 20+ people during dinner.
Love Fujiyamas! I've been going there for many years. It's one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always fresh, tastes great and is reasonably priced. The owners and staff are the best! Very personable and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
I now judge sushi restaurants by how their fish alone tastes. Sashimi or Nigiri tells the tale. No sauces to cover up the usual lack of taste. This place had outstanding salmon and Yellowtail. I also had the Hot Kiss Roll which was delish as well. The rock shrimp tempura appetizer was also outstanding, and the prices were what I would call surprisingly fair. I highly recommend! Would definitely eat here again.

We like to go to Fujiyama quite often. There is sometimes a wait but not extreme. Tonight was busy and the server may have been on the newer side. It was a bit slower than normal but we were seated almost immediately so our wait was offset. Our chef was excellent as well as the food taste. I would like this place more if the portion sizes were larger. Most other hibachi’s load you up with rice and noodles but not here. I’m still hungry! So maybe they’ll take my review to heart and up the starch quantity. Price is in line with similar type restaurants.
